Installed a furnace with Aire One a few years ago - excellent work!

Easy in and out

Olivia was amazing, completed a tune up on our furnace, answered all my questions and more. I would highly recommend her and request her in the near future, she's a real asset to Air One again many thanks from a return client, thank you.

tarig & wahid installed my tankless waterheater today and they did a good job.I was very pleased with the installation.

Salesman assured me that AireOne would support the effort to get on the Greener homes loan and pay interest free for 10 years. This was the only way I could afford to sign up. So they took care of arranging the initial assessment... AFTER the equipment was installed!!!! Salesman Adam insisted it was common practice to install ASAP and they "will take care of the rest". So here I was with a brand new heat pump installed in three days, well 6 if you count how long it took to install (3 days).... without signing anything! I should have just walked then and there because little did I know I was rejected from the loan program, because the equipment was installed before the first assessment could take place... So while the government will offer you "to be qualified for a rebate" for the equipment & the financial loan holder - will give you the first 1 year free, but does not recognize the rebate. So if you did not invest the rebate, you'll find yourself in my situation after one year and owing MORE than the sale price. So my unit cost $23,940, I just got the first loan payment notification of $24,399... because apparently the 13% is equal to close to $10 a day. Also, the loan company will not notify you of the required payment until 1 month into the loan, so that they can at least garner some revenue apparently. This "great deal" if I stick to the program will cost me $63,000. People should be ashamed of themselves.

Pat was very thorough in his work. He took his time. Checked things over made sure all was good he was awesome.

I've had several good experiences with Aire One. Most recently, Dave Clemens did an assessment of an issue we were having with an air conditioning unit. He was on time, friendly and easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
