Over the past 8 years this company has installed hardwood flooring throughout our home. They have also refinished existing hardwood as well. For each project we have had nothing less than the most professional service from both the owner and staff. Their advice, workmanship and quality of product has always been excellent. Their pricing we have found most competitive with other companies. Their work was always completed in a timely fashion arriving when scheduled and cleaning up at the end of each work day. The staff were always very polite and professional when working in our home.We have used this company several times over the past years and would highly recommend them to anyone considering installing flooring. An excellent company to do business with.

Their staff came in and installed the hardwood floor in one day. They removed all furniture in the room and put it all back where we wanted when the job was finished. They did a very good job at installing the floor which looks great. They were very professional and we would recommend them.

We were very dissatisfied with the installers that this company sent to our home. They cut the wood flooring inside our house and caused wood dust to travel all over our home. They did this even though the family room had sliding doors directly to the outside patio and it was early summer (so they wouldn't have been cold). The job was left incomplete and although they cleaned the surface of the area around the family room they were not concerned with the living room and dining room area. As most realize wood dust/shavings travel in the air. They did a poor job installing the flooring and were more concerned about leaving early. When we called the owner he sent someone out to talk to us, they said they would send someone out to fix the floor but no one ever showed. This went back and forth for some time, until the started ignoring our calls. In the end I had a cleaning service come in and thoroughly clean my home and another company fixed the floor. We learned a valuable lesson in not paying the full amount until we as customers are completely satisfied.
