Couldn't be happier. We met with multiple landscaping companies and are so grateful we went with arbordale. They have an eye for design, and every element of the landscaping is thoughtfully considered, down to the last plant. They were extremely responsive, and provided accurate and competitive budget estimates. They incorporated all the design "asks" we had with an artistic eye. We are over the moon with the final result and cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Blake and his team were hired for landscaping, stonework and driveway refinishing. His team is very professional and nice to deal with, however we had huge issues with his subcontractor doing the driveway and his management of the sub-contractor. The driveway never properly cured and we would sink into it and leave tire tracks every time we drove on it. We were disappointed with how Arbordale managed the situation, it took weeks to resolve, and we had to deal with a very rude sub-contractor who made a huge mess redoing the driveway. In the end we weren't thrilled with the workmanship but just wanted the job to be over.

We had used Arbordale for our backyard landscaping in our previous home 5 years ago. We loved what they designed for us and when their team put it all together the finished project exceeded our expections. 5 years later, we are in a new home and have used them again due to the exceptional workmanship and top quality service they provide. We love their work and would highly recommend them to any home owner looking to do landscaping. We will certainly be calling upon them again to do our frontyard landscaping.

Arbourdale redesigned our backyard. The plan was innovative and the plants selected were well suited to sun and soil conditions in each area. The staff exhibited excellent knowledge of design and plant culture. The work was completed meticulously including a full clean up at the end. We would highly recommend Arbourdal.

Delivered before scheduled date, attention to detail relating to plan outstanding. Expensive, but worth it. Provided several options for final design. A non-refundable fee for design is applicable, applied to overall fee if contracted. All caveats verbally, clearly revealed before signing on the dotted line. We have used many landscapers, but this one far exceeds others. We redid stairs to front door, removed wood retaining walls on below-grade driveway, and did new plantings. They even provided their workers with a portable washroom for the duration of the job. We are currently doing the rear of our property with the same company. Any plan alterations were recorded, discussed with the owner, who was in attention with our "small job", and cost change revealed before continuing with the job.
