Friendly and highly knowledgable staff. Got to try out different speakers using one of their private sound rooms. Very happy with my decision in going for the Bowers & Wilkins.

Been dealing with Audio One for the last 20 years. Got inwall speakers, rear speakers and a new OLED TV wall mounted. The installers were great and took their time and did it right. Any thoughts that I could have attempted it myself evaporated after 5 hours and they were still working at it. Alex treats me right and it's nice to get a trade in on my old gear to help with the invoice. I don't buy the super high end gear they sell but I'm treated no different. That's why I keep going back. They did a great job on my old house back in 2004. They even price match the big box prices, so it's a win-win. 10/10

Audio One came highly recommended and I have to say they delivered! The whole project(Home Theatre) went off without any problems and I always felt that they were there to help me with any issues that should arise. I've been dealing with Audio One for well over a decade. Their exceptional knowledge and helpfull service have helped me with my audio/video needs. They carry only top reviewed brands at the most competetive prices. They come highly recommended and should be on your list of stores when shopping for audio/video products.

Since moving to Toronto in the mid-nineties, I've bought a lot of home audio gear from Audio One, and their service and selection has always been outstanding. They're passionate and knowledgeable, and I can't recommend them enough. Compared to other audio retailers in this town (like the joint at Bay and Bloor who shall remain nameless), Audio One care deeply about their customers.
