Phil was helpful and provided a quote quickly, within a few days Mark came out and took the measurements. 3 weeks later the installer arrived and plugged in his ghetto blaster. 5 hours later I have a brand-new $2,000 dented garage door complete with weather stripping passing daylight, misaligned track and my brand-new polyvinyl floor has scratches in it. Obviously not happy at all with this. Still waiting for resolution. Update: B&M came out and corrected the deficiencies, the damaged panels have been replaced and the weather stripping and track have been fixed. They have deducted the cost of my flooring from the invoice. I’m still out the time it will take to actually replace the flooring or I would have scored them 10 out of 10. In the end they did a great job and I would highly reccommend them.

I was recently in the market for a new garage door I contacted B&M garage doors. The minute I walked into the showroom and had Philips expert advice I was sold. Philip had the garage door ordered and installed just the way we expected. The installation crew was awesome as well. Thank you Philip and your team for the beautiful garage door. Our initially dealing with Mark at their Mississauga showrooms proved very informative in his knowledge of various garage door mftrs and their products. No pressure, just valuable information on the product lines they represent and on their quality installation and service. We chose Garaga doors and an installation date was arranged. The installation was very professional and efficient. Mark also had his crew install door openers that I had purchased on my own. When the job was done, the old doors, all bits, pieces and debris were gone and the only evidence of the crew were 2 beautiful doors and quiet door openers. Several months later I contacted B & M as I noticed the rubber bottom seal on one of the doors was pinching as it closed. Philip the GM contacted me immediately and arranged service. All is now good. The sign of a great organization such as B & M is great pre-sales, quality installation and great post-sales service.

As Landlords we place great value on dependable contractors. We had a garage door emergency that they handled quickly and efficiently. The cost was also less than we expected. They are now in my phone as one of our go-to contractors. We recommend.

From the moment I contacted Phillip at B & M Garage Doors, I had quick , efficient and knowledgeable service. He was always very quick to get back to me and to provide references and locations where I could see various doors. B & M have a great showroom! Garaga doors are well known as a quality door. Phillip patiently helped me choose the right look for my house. Delivery was quick and the installation was excellent. The final price was exactly what he quoted me, no hidden extras. He was always available to answer my questions. I got about 5 quotes and B & M were the most competitive for pricing and quality. So far I am extremely satisfied and would recommend B & M.

I contacted B & M Garage Door, (as well as two others), on line and the responded next day, the others never did get back to me. They showed on on time, within the 30 min. window, (they actually called to say they were going to be a few minutes late due to traffic). The repair; a spring replacement, was completed within a hour and the price was exactly what they estimated on the phone, I commented that the door was a bit noisy, Ed, the technician recommended replacing the rolls and the Garage door is almost silent. Excellent Job, great value. Ed was personable and friendly. On Time - On Budget - On the Mark.

I purchased a garage door from this company,the sales man was punctual and showed up on time,the installer on date of install showed up on time, they installed the door wrong a 1/2 in gap between door and frame. I e-mailed 4 times and no response. I called 8 times and talked with Phil the owner and he always gave me the run around, saying he will call one of his guys to come out and look at the door. he has done this 8 times. im going to contacting bbb and from there legal action. I do not recommend this company

We needed new doors so we contacted B&M, Home Depot, Rona and Olympia. We were astounded at the quotes from all companies. B&M was our first choice because their quote was all inclusive, while all the others had "hidden add-ons" for necessary items or they were for a limited time only. They had all the same selection as the other guys, and we were able to order exactly what we wanted. On the day of installation, the guys showed up promptly, and were done a couple of hours before they had thought it would take. They did a great job and cleaned everything up after, like they were never there (and neither were the doors they replaced!).
