Courteous,timely, professional and out to do the best for the client. Bill responds to individual needs, he does not try and sell you what you don't need. I don't think here is a better local business than BAS APPLIANCE

we occasionally find our appliances have problems and through self diagnosis determine that are part needs to be replaced. BAS usually have the parts in stock and can get them installed if we cant do it our selves

They provided excellent and friendly service and timely delivery. They helped remove the old appliances and installed the new ones. They also gave us instructions on how to care for the appliances.

Excellent established family run business. The wife frontlines all the calls and greets you in the shop and dispatches the husband out for repairs. He is very trustworthy and honest, you never have to worry about overpaying or paying for repairs you dont need. Always on time and i've never had a cancelled appointment yet. Ask around the local community, everyone knows Bill and Sylvia. They always win the annual Twassessen business award in their catergory. Keep in mind they're not just a repair shop, they also sell brand new appliances and deliver. As prices are comparable to the big box shops, i would highly recommend to anyone to buy from them because of the friendly reliable service.

Bill Bas does repairs on appliances in the home. He is trustworthy and reliable. He did not charge me for a visit when he determined my dishwasher was not worth fixing.
