We are getting our third custom kitchen built from Brampton Kitchen and we highly recommend them. Two main factors we considered were there competitive pricing and their customer service. we did not have any knowledge the first time we came to them but they took their time in explaining every little detail and the process involved. They visited our property to take measurements and then worked with us to design our dream kitchen. The best part was them completing everything on time as promised. Thanks Brampton Kitchen and their staff for being so amazing and making this process less stressful.

Very impressed with their customer service especially after so many years. We got our kitchen installed 11 years ago from Brampton Kitchen. We had some water damaged and needed to replace our kickplate in a small area. I took in one of my doors so they could match the colour. They matched the colour perfectly, and even came by to install all free of charge. This is customer service at its very best, thank you so much to the entire team.

Brampton kitchens has been amazing from start to finish. My family and I were shopping around for a new kitchen and recieved various quotes. The price was comparable to other companies but we were not sure about the products and service. This changed once we met Raj. He was so great to deal with. He answered all our questions. He made us feel comfortable. He guaranteed our satisfaction from day one and he did not disappoint. I would recommend Brampton kitchens any day. The service and products are excellent! Thank you Raj for helping us design and complete our new kitchen, vanities, family room cabinets and mud room. We are extremely happy with everything!

What a great work that was done by Jimmy and all his team. Right from the beginning, Jimmy gave us sincere and accurate recommendations regarding our kitchen and what we should be doing. Jimmy is very honest and you can trust him with anything. We decided to reface all our kitchen cabinets. PADAM (from Jimmy's team) spent only one week to install everything. My husband and I sought out Brampton Kitchens on the recommendation of a family friend for our kitchen renovation. They had given us glowing reviews about their experience working with Jas, and we would like to echo those feelings! Jas was so excellent to work with - from understanding our vision, making insightful recommendations, offering competitive pricing, being available with prompt communication throughout the project, and making sure we were happy. We are very pleased of the product quality, the value for our money, and how efficiently our project was prepared, installed, tweaked as needed (as happens with custom projects), and completed to our satisfaction. This is not our forever home, so we know when it comes time to move on that we will definitely seek out Jas and Brampton Kitchens for our next project!

We have just finished a kitchen renovation project with Brampton Kitchen and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We were directed to Brampton Kitchen by two neighbours both of whom used them for their projects. One neighbour has actually had 3 other family members use them. So with this in mind we had high expectations. From the first moment we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Jas Deep we were incredibly impressed by the entire operation. We were given a full tour of the manufacturing side of the business and we felt Jas and the rest of the team were fully committed to ensuring we achieved our dream kitchen. The design phase was extremely collaborative and the team showed amazing patience in addressing all our questions and tweaking even the smallest element to ensure we were happy. Jas is extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice and guidance throughout the project. The installation team were exceptional and had our kitchen installed in less than a day. The attention to detail was first rate. Again, Jas addressed any issues promptly and to our total satisfaction. We are delighted with our new kitchen and thank Jas and the BK team for their support throughout. We look forward to working with them on future projects.

I got my kitchen done in October 2016. We fully removed the builder's kitchen and installed a new one. My kitchen has an aesthetic appeal which comes from a combination of design, materials and colours chosen. However I am disappointed in the quality of materials used and the workmanship. The design of the kitchen was very well planned. However the installation leaves a lot to be desired. The alignment between cabinets and doors is very poor, the finishing is not clean, there are minor chips in the panels etc. One more thing – never use Lucent Quartz for the counter top, it stains with water and also chips. (This is in spite of the fact that I am super careful and a neat freak.) When I brought this to the notice of Brampton Kitchens, they said to contact Lucent. I contacted Lucent but their customer service is poor.

Grateful that we found Brampton Kitchen & Cabinets - they are extremely professional and go out of their way to ensure quality and satisfaction. We absolute LOVE our kitchen and got more than we paid for!

“As part of our home renovations in 2015 we decided to remodel our kitchen. After meeting and assessing many other cabinet manufacturers we decided to go with ‘Brampton Kitchen & Cabinets’. From our first meeting their professionalism and experience was very apparent. Padam, the owner of the company, was very helpful and patient with our selection. From a variety of colours and styles to choose from, Padam and his wife designed our dream kitchen right to the smallest details. When the actual work began, Padam helped with coordinating all that was needed to be done. From suggesting a flooring company (since we also had our floors replaced), to recommending an electrician and a natural gas technician, the kitchen installation came together smoothly. Everything was great, and exactly on time and as promised. When choosing a counter-top, Jas was extremely helpful. Giving us many selections, from colour to edge styles, Jas’ expertise and experience helped us choose just the right one. I would absolutely recommend their company’s work to others. They stand by their words and do everything they can to correct issues. ‘Brampton Kitchen & Cabinets’ are very dedicated to their workmanship and service that they provide, and pride their self on their company’s reputation.
