We replaced our carpet with their hardwood floors and then had trouble for 2 years get service. The wood changed immediately after installation and the installers did a poor job. It took months to try and get any help and 2 years to resolve our problems, which still persist today. We are very unhappy with their products and service.

Had to do a basement renovation a while back before I could rent it out again to tenants and it ended up including a change to the carpeting (been about 50 years, so probably worth a change). Local store offered us a good deal on carpet and installation so to avoid the hassle of asking someone else, just did it with them.

They were very professional, great prices and we felt very comfortable having them in the house all week. Matched our other hardwood, and cleaned the house at the end. Highly recommended.
