I haven't had many issues with the windows itself but you can feel the cold in the frames like if it was not properly insulated around the frame. The fiberglass door was extremely pricey and its been a year and the paint is coming off there is a gap between the door and the floor where a huge amount of air flows into the home. The rubber at the bottom of the door has come off. I have emailed the sales representative and the company multiple times since June and I haven't heard anything from them.

From the customer service and first interaction with Ziad Shibly, everything went very smooth. I told him what I wanted, he showed me a few photos gave me a great price then told me how long it would take for the windows to arrive. When they arrived which was on time they sent a two man crew told me it would be a four day job. The crew only took three days, they were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves payed out tarps all over the house so they wouldn't track snow and dirt. Noise was very limited which was nice. By far the best work I've seen. Every visitor I've had over since has commented on the tremendous windows and beautiful frames I had installed. The family already notices the difference in the heat the house holds in now that we have new windows. Anyone looking to have work done should definitely go through this company and make sure you ask for Ziad as his professionalism is bar none. Tell them Sami El-Masri sent you.

This was the first window we have had replaced and we have no hesitation recommending homestar northview window & doors for a quality professional and timely install . Professional installer arrived on time removed existing window and installed new window with little effort cleaned up worksite went over window operations before leaving. Job well done having additional window installed.

Joe did an amazing job in introducing how the process will be to the details of the new windows and doors. He had great patience in attending to my questions and maintained a great attitude and a professional representation for the company. The process was quick and easy and the outcome came out beautifully all thanks to Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. We met wit Dainis from Canadian Choice Windows at Lethbridge Home Show. We were very impressed with the product and options that Canadian Choice Windows offering. Dainis came all the way to Taber and we purchase a door from him. The door was installed instead of the window, so the job was including cut out and new header. Job was done very fast, even sooner that it was promised. We are very happy with everything.

When i was getting a estimate price to replace my door, the agent Bonnie was friendly and finish the work in a timely matter. Bonnie booked the time that best suited me. Canadian choice windows are professional and well experienced I recommend they to all my friends.

I replaced 13 windows and patio door! Mike was very personable walked me through purchasing process, offered professional advise and was timely in completing and ordering windows. Install crew was friendly and courteous to my familys needs. They were efficient and impeccably clean. Not to mention they worked for three days in 30 degree weather, like it was no big deal! Great customer service all around!!!

I decided to replace second floor windows (6 pieces) and made appointments with 5 different companies for estimate. Joe for Canadian Choice came on time and during the appointment he was very polite, informative but never pushy. He understood my approach to business "cut short and come to benefits + competitive price + customer service". He is friendly, respectful very polite. He made for me the whole process easy, understandable and quick. Installation was done by Igor and Igor. Both are extremely detail true, precisely, friendly, polite and respectful gentlemen. I am very happy and satisfied with my choice of company. I have already recommended my neighbor. The guy who often delivers to my address was in awe seeing my new front door and said "OMG one moment I thought I am in wrong address, impressive front door".

Our home is about 30 years old and the front door was an original, builders grade, door. With cold weather, we would have ice inside the house. I contacted Canadian Choice and they setup to have a salesman (Jemal) come provide a quote. The process was easy and everyone from sales to install were great to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

the only thing holding this deal together is the amount of caulking that they used on the windows. they are as quick as a sailor on a weekend pass. quick to take your money and leave you with issues that they never will resolve.
