We met with Adam to discuss our needs. He was efficient, polite, and fun. Adam was able to provide us with designs that were exactly what we were looking for to solve the window replacement challenges we faced with our old Victorian home. The price seemed reasonable for the quality of the product we were receiving. Installation was done as promised in one day. Communication was above standard throughout the entire process. We were quite satisfied with the installation and minor issues we raised were met with complete receptivity and Adam promised prompt correction. Adam also sweetened the final steps with unexpected kindness and generosity. All in all, we were very satisfied with the entire process, from our initial meeting with Adam, to the final review of the work and the wrap up. Canadian Choice knows how to treat customers well and we appreciated it. Highly recommend!

While the sales rep wrote up the order in June 2024 installation was finally completed in January 2025. Improved communication between the office and we the customer would have been greatly appreciated. We are giving a 5 star rating simply because the installers, Sergey and his assistant were above and beyond anything we could have expected. They arrived as promised and worked quickly and efficiently while promptly cleaning up after themselves. We are glad to recommend them to anyone.

I have ordered windows for two projects and have been very happy with the products and service each time. These windows are fantastic! The first project was a small order and they did the installation. I had such a great experience with the sales rep, Joe, that reaching out to him for project #2 where we ordered replacement windows for an entire house before we were to sell it was a no brainer. Joe really knows his stuff and is great to deal with. We picked these up from the warehouse/distribution centre and installed them (our contractor). This is a great option if you have access to trusted/skilled resources to do this work. We had a couple of minor hiccups once the windows were ready to go but everything was handled in a very professional manner and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate calling on Joe should there renovations in our future. The windows have completely transformed the exterior of this little house and add huge curb appeal. Everyone coming to the house, from the trades working on the interiors when we were renovating to friends and family visiting, have all commented on how great these windows look.

Our home is 80 years old and the original windows were showing their age (and letting in drafts). Joe from Canadian Choice did his assessment and made recommendations obviously based on a strong expertise in windows. We loved that he took the time to consider the unique character of our home. We were able to keep our original wood trim! Roman, the installer, and his team worked overtime in the cold, but did a beautiful job. Our home is warmer and our views are clearer. Definitely recommend.

I have a 100 year old home with super cute windows and trim. But way too drafty I looked hard for a company that could give me windows that were not white frames , but provided frames to match the wooden interior. I got over 4 to 5 estimates though Canadian choice windows already replaced some my windows several years ago. When one of the companies saw their work they said why are you even bothering us? Why dont you just go with these people again? So I provided Joe with the quote and he matched it. They just replaced all my century window and it looks great. The installers were super polite, on time , professional, and very clean. They brought their own garbage receptacles, vacuums, drop sheets and offered to take off their shoes. You can trust them. A project manager showed up just to check out that everything was OK. Very attentive and proactive service, great service and product as well as competitive pricing. Highest recommendation.

Highly recommended window and door company. Rep Joe came to my house and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He brought everything I needed to make my final decision making, answered every concern I had prior to install. Installers were very professional and ensured I was content with the outcome. Btw, Joe also contacted me personally the next day to ask how content I am with the experience and result. Highly recommended company AND Canadian!!
