Very bad workmanship. One pc. Flooring has bumps from nails and grout on cement board. Called them in the past and they told me to pound them down with a hammer. The carpet in the living room had to be restretched by another installer.

I Bought around 350 feet of LVP and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to install and the quality of the product, id recommend them to anyone looking for flooring. The staff and owners were fantastic and accommodating.

Purchased porcelain tile & installation in September. Took a week to complete the kitchen and hall area. Tile was imperfect and did not look anything like the sample we were shown. The tiles were installed with many sharp edges sticking up across the entire floor. After 4 attempts to correct the issue, the floor remains in unsatisfactory condition and will need to be replaced. We had 3 tile installation companies look at the job and indicated the work was amateur at best.

Great selection of carpets. Only took 8 days to order carpet and have it installed. Appreciated being given different options with prices in our budget. Looking forward to getting the bedrooms done in the new year!

Our experience with Carpet Emporium was excellent right from our first meeting with Carlo. Carlo was knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. They accommodated us twice when we had to delay our install due to other problems in our home and were pleasant and more than willing to work with us. The carpet installers were efficient and did a great job!! Will definitely recommend Carpet Emporium in the future.

Horrible service. Took four visits (two weeks) to finish a "one day installation". Owner of company made several excuses and advised they cannot promise there won't be additional charges on any job ( yet this wasn't explained in the quote). We had to take pictures and show management the "finished" stairway which had large gaps between carpet and stair cap before they fixed it. Do not EVER deal with this company.

I recently purchased some carpet from Robert and found the value and service to be great. The installers did a great job and were very fast. They did the whole house in one day. I would definitely recommend them. - Trevor

Terrible service, incomplete installation & loose flooring, damaged my property, product wasn't the level of quality as stated, left a terrible mess & condescending when trying to deal with issues.
