Best in the business
My inspector was Sheila. As first time homebuyers we were quite nervous during this entire ordeal. We had a lot of questions that Sheila kindly answered and educated us on various things within our new home as the inspection went on. We received the report the same day as the inspection, allowing us to make our decision much quicker than anticipated. Thank you, Sheila.

Worth It!
Jim is knowledgeable. He explained things in a manner that was very clear. I now have great knowledge about both the home he inspected and other homes I may maintain in the future.

Extremely thorough inspection

Pre-purchase Home Inspection

Home inspection
Josh, the home inspector was great. He provided answers to my questions. When his answers were not clear, he provided more information to make it clear. Confirming the home inspection, the date of the inspection ad the days after the inspection was an easy part in buying our next house. Thank you Carson Dunlop.

Thorough and Informative
Our inspector checked every aspect of the operation and function of the home we were looking to purchase. We followed up on his recommendations for improvements. We feel comfortable in purchasing this home knowing what to expect from the information gathered by our inspection.

Pretty much the gold standard of home inspections
i am a agent, i typically recommend carson dunlop to my clients to do home inspections. My clients have had very good experiences with their home inspectors. There really isn't anything wrong. My clients have health with Siu and Josh, and both have been fantastic.

FANTASTIC ! Home, Condominium, Tarion 30 Day Warranty Inspections
Hired for a full New Build Condominium Inspection, and Tarion 30 Day Warranty form. Results were amazing, found many Builder errors, and produced a professional report very quickly as well as providing unique information and future services. Would use again in a Heartbeat ! And definitely well worth the price. Very rarely do you find services done this well, at reasonable pricing...

Home Inspection
Lee was very down to earth and easy to talk to with a great energy. He was incredibly detailed and efficient in going through the entire home and then doing a full walkthrough with me of key areas he noticed from the inspection. It's a no-brainer to go with Lee and I'm sure anyone @ Carson Dunlop. Overall, a great experience. Thanks guys!
