In October 2003, counterfitters came to replace my kitchen countertops. They were efficient, knew their products well, and had very good quality materials. Randy, their head man, came to my house for final measurements and during the installation process. He is exceptionally good at his job, is able to deal with any problem that should arise, and is always calm cool and very easy to deal with. Wayne and his son are wonderful to deal with. They make you feel they really want to do an excellent job for you, and they do their best to accomodate your times, materials you want, and the price is right!

Installation was professionally done. They took time and care to properly install everything. We found out later that one of the things we had asked for had never been done before. They never said anything, but accepted the challenge and installed everything as per our requests. They called later to ensure satisfaction. Our sink cracked within 2 years. They put us in touch with the manufacturer (Blanco) who replaced the sink for free. Counterfitters provided the labour for the installation at a reduced cost. Again everything was handled very professionally and we really felt their only goal was our complete satisfaction. We will go back!
