After a 1 year nightmare w/ another "basement systems" contractor that failed to fix water penentraing the sill plate around 50% of my house, I finally contracted Crawford & Sons. The experience was night and day. Immediately after the work was complete, not a single drop of water has entered my basement for over 3 years now. The work done was prompt, thorough, and best of all actually works!!!!!! Don't make my mistake and go thru a painful mistake w/ another company that doesn't know what their doing. Go w/ Crawford & Sons and you will be very happy!

I had a leak in my basement and I heard about Crawford and Sons through a neighbour, and I was very pleased with their work. They were much quicker than expected, friendly, went above and beyond, and fixed the leak within hours.

We had a foundation leak we were hoping to take care of ourselves but it turned out to be a much larger job than we expected. There was more damage to our foundation than first thought - Crawford & Sons responded quickly to our pleas for help. They had to repair some of the foundation before they could waterproof. They were quick, pleasant and did what needed to be done.

They did a great job on an interior sump pump and waterproofing my basement - 3 years later and it is dry as the desert. Before that it was a musty moldy mess causing allegies for my family. Gord is able to suggest the best solution (indoor or outdoor) and uses top quality materials. Highly recommended!

Excellent, reliable and trustworthy. Gordon Crawford keeps his word. He fixed our water problems in two properties and has proven that he stands behind his work and his guarantees. Crawford's workers are competent, polite and prompt. They left the job site clean and tidy.
