Neighbours maple tree hanging over pool needed to have branches removed above our fence line. Big Mike did a great job and I would use them again!

We have a few large trees that need trimming now and again. Our "usual" family tree service closed down and the person that took over didn't call back so went to HomeStars and lucky to find our new go-to family tree service. Derek arrived with bigger than expected crew but realize now that they move fast and clean up was amazing given what they had to remove. Pricing was fair and service was excellent. I'd highly recommend.

I needed two large trees thinned out. Mike at Dereks Tree Service came, did an assessment, gave me a fair price. He came back with his team a few days later. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely and left. When I came home I saw the work, and noticed there was one more big branch that I wanted removed. Mike came back a couple of days later with his team and took care of it. A pleasure from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

Last Fall I called in Derek's Tree Service to give the Honey Locust tree, that started out as a 6' stick 12 years ago a trim. It was getting wide and a bit gangly. What a great job they did in making the tree more compact. This Spring once I got the aphid infestation and black ants that harvest them under control (common for this type of tree), new leaves formed and it was just so healthy with the thickest foliage I've ever seen on it. When the time comes for another trim to keep it from getting too big for my small yard, I will definitely call in this company again.

Had a dead tree in the backyard that was dead for a while. Got some quotes from other companies and decided to get one from Derek. He showed up the next day, took a quick look for a few minutes, and quoted me 3 times less than the competition. His team arrived and had the tree cut and removed from my backyard within 10 minutes. It was the easiest and most pleasant professional service I've ever paid for. Derek is the man!

I engaged Dereks Tree Service to trim and remove some trees that were overgrown along a fence line in my back yard. My request for an estimate was answered promptly. On the day the work was to be done, the team arrived as scheduled and proceeded with the work with minimal disruption to the property. On completion of the work, all of the debris was removed and the yard was left clean. I would recommend this company for tree maintenance or removal.

Ive been a customer for 20 years, it is a pleasure to find a company that still upholds its excellent service, prompt response (Diana) and courteous, pleasant employees . I had a couple of tree stumps removed, clean up was exceptional as always.

We had some trees destroyed during a winter storm in 2022 and Derek and his team came in the next spring and removed the damaged trees and trimmed the tress that were saved. His team was very quick and cleaned up well after the job.
