Enercare almost lost us as a customer because our furnace was not working for five days since Thurs Jan 21, 2021. But, the technician (Gie) that Enercare sent on Tues Jan 26, 2021 did such an excellent job that we decided to stay with Enercare. Gie was like a "godsent". He did his diagnosis on the furnace, and explained to us what he had to do to fix the furnace. He also did a very thorough check to ensure the broken gas valve was the only issue. We also asked Gie to do the Annual Maintenance under our service contract with Enercare. Gie was very thorough examining the furnace and explaining to us the condition of our furnace. Gie is very knowledgeable and he has so much passion in his job. He should be a role model among the team of technicians at Enercare. Please try your best to retain Gie at Enercare. If I need any service from Enercare in the future, I will ask for Gie. If Enercare has a bonus incentive plan, I hope you can reward Gie for his great work of retaining us as an Enercare customer. Gie is a tremendous asset to Enercare !

Understanding and attention paid to my initial request call for a maintenance check and eqipment assessment (Boiler). The appointment was booked right away, to happen within 48 hours. The maintenance technician was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the full details of the service and answer any questions that I had.

I called because I had a no heat emergency on a Friday afternoon because my furnace failed. The customer rep told me that a technician would be there within the hour. He showed up as promised, deduced the problem, ordered the necessary parts and by the next day our furnace was back in commission. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the technicians, and how quick and prompt our problem was resolved considering it was one of the coldest days of the year.

I have a protection plan with Enercare and I love their customer service and wonderful specialized technicians .. Yesterday and today had 2 plumbing technicians come and they were both awesome!!!! Specialized, neat, clean and professional.... Thank-you Enercare! Keep up the great work!!! You’re a blessing !!!

The Enercare service technician who came for my furnace maintenance was outstanding. He followed Covid protocol so I had zero concerns. After he finished, he explained everything about my furnace and also the ducts as well as the rental hot water tank which he informed me could be exchanged for a new one due to its age. He was polite, professional and thorough. Thank you Enercare for the outstanding service!

The furnace needed replacement. Enercare had a consultant, Michael, to my home the same day. Knowledgeable, good ideas and friendly. The installation crew, Cliff & Dave, were outstanding. They showed up the next morning, had everything they needed to complete the job. Professional, fast, and neatly done. I would recommend Enercare and especially these gentlemen to anyone.

I got a rental HAVC installed at home as a Tenant. I experienced a very proffesional work, with outstanding communication before, during and after the istalation. I received a prompt service just the next day of requesting it.

Rental Hot Water Tank. First telphone CSR sounded robotic and disinterested. Tried to sell electrical service plan. On a positive note, he was quick and set up an appointment at an acceptible time. First repair technician called ahead of time, and showed up within the window given. He quickly established that the water heater required replacement and set up an appointment the next day. He was courteous and professional. First telephone CSR I spoke to to cofirm the replacemt appointment was hard to understand and after a few minutes she put me on hold. A second CSR then came on to complete the booking. The two technicians who replaced the water heater were professional, courteous and fast.

My furnace was acting erratically. Some times it worked and many times it did not. i contacted Enercare on a Saturday afternoon to explain the issue. They scheduled a service call for Sunday morning. The technician arrived as scheduled. He was very friendly and courteous and respectful of the house. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement part to be couriered to my house. The part arrived Monday afternoon and I was able to schedule the installation for Tuesday morning. All went to plan and the furnace is functioning properly again.

Both visits were prompt and technicians knew what they were doing. They both explained what they were doing. The first explained what the problem was and for the second visit he explained what he needed to do and that it would only take 5 minutes to replace the part.
