Matt was very professional, arrived on time and changed and rekeyed two locks on a door that were never properly installed. I feel so much safer now. He did an excellent job very quickly. This company responded to my emails very quickly, the quote was spot on and performed the job well in a timely manner. Covid protocol was followed also. I would highly recommend Durham Locksmiths for any job big or small. They are awesome.

Very nice people but rookie service, took 4 times to finally get a door handle installed. Did not measure properly, showed up without proper screws, ended up with whatever handle would suffice and not the handle we ordered and waited 3 weeks for. Lots of excuses and could not rekey to match other entrances.
