Thank you very much Ebay for your honest work. I had been having A/C problems for a few weeks and called a very reputable company, they told me that I was due for a new $5,000.00 A/C unit, I could not undertand how or why since I was told the unit is only 5 years old!!
Still after 2 days I was very upset about this expense and became irritated with the noise next door. I looked out my window and saw a truck doing duct cleaning at my neighbour's house, I thought I should call and ask about A/C units. The lady on the phone told me that she will ask her guys to check my unit and then call me back, once the gentlemen were finished at my neighbour's house a nice guy came to my door, he checked my A/C and told me that the unit was dirty and it needed the coils cleaned and some fluids were very low. I told him I was told I needed a new unit, he said sure anything to make money, but that is not the case here you can see it yourself and pointed his flashlight at the clogged coils.
He said that Ebay will send a certified technician to top off the fluids, but the coil cleaning could be done by him or another technician once the fluids were filled.
I was glad to hear this was a minor problem, and immediately called back Ebay to set an appointment, Lucy gave me a time 2 days later. The A/C technician was very knowledgeable and checked my unit inside out, once he was finished Ebay got to work on my dirty coils.
My A/C unit began working like new and I could not be too happy, My total bill was a small amount compare to replacing my entire unit, and I could not be too happy about paying it. I was very pleased with these guys and promised I will refer them in a heartbit.
After getting this website I had to post my good experience with this company and most importantly with the workers(My Heroes), as they were very honest and did not rip me off.
