Oldish house with multiple DIY efforts to execute wiring and other electrical projects resulted in a jumbled mess at the breaker box and multiple unfunctioning outlets, light switches and lights. Required 2 new panels in two different locations, massive clean-up of basement wiring and re-labelled circuit breakers. Work done over 4 days efficiently, with minimal fuss and mess. Was happy to have them back to support two smaller projects. All good and highly recommended.

Good work- but expensive - $700 for less than 1 hr on-site work and maybe $50 worth of material

Very quick response for an impromptu project working around a deck rebuild. They recommended a much safer setup than what was originally done, ensuring the cable was properly armored and secured under the deck. New entry point into the house and the old one well sealed. The master electrician and his apprentices/helpers were professional, thorough, polite and very careful with cleanup. They even apologized for the noise made by drilling through the foundation! Will hire them back for bigger projects in future.

I had a variety of things that needed to get done: installing a chandelier on the front hall (which was quite tricky), wiring CAT6 support to a room, and moving a light switch to an adjacent wall. Everything was done incredibly well. The team was friendly, clean, and listened to every piece of feedback we had. The team went above and beyond by moving the chandelier down after it had been installed, once we noticed it was too high up to the ceiling. I have found my forever electricians. Absolutely amazing service. I first sent an email on a Sunday night around 9pm asking for a quote. Within 5 minutes I’d gotten a reply and had an estimate booked in for the following Wednesday. From that first email and everything that followed it was a pleasure to work with Hotwire. Efficient, knowledgeable, tidy and always there to answer any question and deal with my last minute changes with smiles on faces.
