We have been using Fine Finishes, with Andrea and Nelson for many years. They are the only people that I would ever call for any design/renovation needs. From start to finish, there is peace of mind that everything will be taken care of, in a very conscientious and efficient manner. This time we had a few projects that had accumulated since the pandemic - including major bathroom renovation due to mold, 10 windows to be replaced, fence, multiple doors, multiple painting jobs - all of which to me felt quite overwhelming! But Andrea took care of it all, keeping us well informed step by step, immediately dealing with any concerns that arose. I have no hesitation to give my highest recommendation to Fine Finishes. Thank you!

We worked with Andrea on the design and construction of our new bathroom. It turned out beautifully. Andrea has a great design team and is full of ideas, even with an oddball space with constraints like ours (old house). She also has familiarity with and access to great sources. The construction process was organized, and any issues were dealt with promptly. She was completely unflappable, patient and personable.

Im very happy that I hired Fine Finished to help me through my project so to refresh and update my Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Andrea was a joy to work with and the choices she offered me in products and finishes fit my taste and budget perfectly. That made the decision making easy for me without the stress and time of running around town trying to choose and coordinate products and find good dependable tradesmen to do flooring, tile work and painting. She set up the installations and the work was done well and efficiently. Im so happy with the finished results and would recommend Fine Finishes to anyone.

We had the challenge of finding more space or making us feel like we had more with the same footprint in a 1906 home! Andrea through her design, relationship building by getting to know us and how we live got us there! Like all renos there are bumps and on the fly decisions to be made, but with Andrea at the helm and the team she put together for the project, these were managed with respect, accountability and always with fantastic results. If we are ever to do another reno Andrea and the Fine finishes Design will be the first team we will call!

We had a main floor that was dated with orangey tiles that were difficult to match with any paint colors and maple stairs, wood flooring and cabinets. We also had partial walls meant for columns that were never installed. Needless to say, it was time for a refresh having lived with it for the past 20 years. Fine Finishes Design Inc came in and with their design ideas, professional approach and trade contacts changed our main floor to be light and modern. From flooring, to paint colors, wallpaper, counter tops and furniture Andrea presented options, accompanied us to showrooms and helped steer us to decisions we are very happy we made. We couldn't be happier with the way things are coming together. Almost to the finish line!

Andrea helped us with a colour and design consultation (interior, floors, kitchen cabinets, windows, wall slabs, countertop, windows, stair revamp, etc). While we had made many of the choices and were seeking validation she had a keen eye for colour and for current styles and allowed us to be confident in our choices (and to change those requiring a rethink). Andrea was available and accessible. Thank you Andrea!

We didn't think we had the budget for a designer but we kept second guessing ourselves on so many details. We chose Andrea from Fine Finishes for a 2 hour consultation. To make this cost effective we had a spreadsheet of questions for Andrea. She looked at our overall concept and made some initial suggestions based on that. As we went through our checklist we got more specific I.e. paint colours, flooring, trim choices, tile. We had never considered headers for our windows and doors but it looks fantastic . Bottom line, Andrea gave us the direction and confidence to proceed- we are not done but know the end result will be outstanding thanks to her collaborative approach and deep knowledge of design. We'll use her services as we move to our next project.

Andrea was so fantastic to work with. She really listened to what we needed and worked closely with us to come up with beautiful and functional solutions for our home. We called Andrea as soon as we moved into our condo in Fall 2022. She asked real questions, listened to our answers carefully and learned about our taste and preferences. She clearly got us; Andrea developed detailed plans, and spent plenty of time reviewing these plans with us. Her trades people were definitely the A team (especially Junior her millwright and carpenter). She and Junior designed (and Junior built and installed) beautiful kitchen cabinets that matched the existing design perfectly, redesigned and built out the spare bedroom/office, and repurposed our master closets and designed and installed a terrific built in storage unit. She guided us in the selection of paint colours, furniture placement, decor and carpet layout and managed us through installation. Andrea was on top of everything and in regular communication with us. There were no surprises in the billings which were clear, straightforward and professionally handled. I have now worked with Andrea for over 12 years. Most recently, we worked with her to decorate our home after a large renovation. Andrea helped us pick out furniture, rugs, artwork and accessories and she did an excellent job ensuring it all tied together the way we discussed. Working with Andrea is very easy. She is extremely responsive and follows through with every detail, which saved me so much time and took away my stress. I look forward to our next project!
