It has been at least 5 years since we have had our carpets cleaned, but with the dog and the kids, the carpet was starting to look a little worn. We have been debating whether or not we should take out the remaining carpet in the rec room, living room and upstairs bedrooms but because of the cost, we wanted to give this a try first. Our carpet was a beige taupe color, but had started to look a bit on the brown side due to wear and tear. I called First Class, gave them an estimate fo the total square footage that would have to be cleaned and they gave me a quote which i found to be reasonable. The day before the cleaners arrived, we moved all the large furniture items off the carpet. The cleaners were on time and efficient, I think doing all 5 rooms took about 2.5hours. We had to leave the fans on and the windows open so that the carpets could dry overnight. But miraculously, once they were dried, my carpets looked almost brand new.

The service from First Class Carpet Cleaning was first class indeed! Their team members were extremely knowledgeable and were able to remove set in stains that had been in my carpet for over a year. I was very impressed with their care and attention to detail.

Nothing beats personalized service - and this guy doesnt disappoint. He's friendly, honest and does a great job (even in the dirtiest area, next to our garage entrance door for cream carpets). Definitely reliable!
