Pretty happy with the work from Four Seasons. Gus came out and was very honest with his explanations of why the previous glass had failed. His guys were very professional with their work and kept everything clean and tidy.

We Love Our Sunroom. We have had our Sunroom for two Christmases. The reflection of the tree and lights in our Sunroom are a real beautiful site. In the summer we enjoyed sitting in it watching the birds in our back yard. Four Seasons did a very professional job of installing it and we highly recommend them as a good company to do business with. Allan and Caroline

We had Four Seasons build our sunroom over 25 years ago. It has really stood the test of time. The only problem we ever had was some of the seals were compromised, a very common problem after that length of time. We had them quote us on fixing the problem but they had an amazing deal through the manufacturer to replace all the glass with new darkened protective glass. We went ahead with the job and we were not disappointed. The new glass is a great and keeps the room at a much more reasonable temperature than the previous glass. The guys who installed it were very professional and thorough. I have no problem strongly recommending Four Seasons Whitby for installation of your sunroom. They are amazing!

The entire back walk-out basement of our home is solarium windows which needed replacing. This included (13) skylight panels - (12) curved glass panels and (12) vertical panels... a big job in less than ideal November weather conditions. The contractor installed a temporary interior partition to keep the elements out during this (2) week install and left the site totally secure each day with wood panels where glass had been removed. The end result is a first-class job with a 20 year piece-of-mind warranty as well!

Let me start by saying that we’ve had 2 other renovations within the last 3 years on other parts of our house by popular companies, and both were ‘disasters’ as far as communications with ourselves and other trades, shoddy workmanship that required trades people to come back and redo their work, sometimes up to 3 times! So we had very high anxiety levels going into this next project. Our latest project was somewhat massive… Our house is a side-split level. Our original kitchen was approx. 10’x12’ and was 4 feet above ground level with a basement room under that. We wanted to double the kitchen size by extending it further into the backyard. So as not to have a wasted space under the new kitchen addition, we decided to also extend the basement. There were 3 major contractors involved… excavation and foundations/concrete, sunroom (Four Seasons) and overall internal kitchen finishing. Four Seasons was responsible for the overall planning, engineering design work and City approvals for both the excavation/foundations as well as the sunroom. Four Seasons built our sunroom on top of the concrete foundation, and interfaced the older section of the previous kitchen. Four Seasons heard our complaints about our previous renovations, and reassured us that this time if we went with them, it would not be a disaster. From the sales presentation through to final completion, including working with the other companies’ trades people, Four Seasons staff were excellent in communication and worked well with all parties, especially in the areas of the jobs that overlapped for each contractor…. and the quality of their workmanship was excellent, with minimal aggravation on our part. If there were issues, they were resolved enthusiastically and in reasonable time frames. Matt Thomas did a thorough and credible job explaining why the Four Seasons products were better than various competitors… especially the thermal resistance of the windows. He answered our questions plus gave us more questions for consideration that we should be asking, to ensure we were educated. Matt Jacewicz and Chris Ionescu did their magic in the sunroom project co-ordination, showing up on site regularly to interface with their crews and those of the other contractors. The original work was to just replace 3 windows. Once the glass was out, moisture damage was found in the walls. Wood was replaced, insulation was added and foundation was strengthened. I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this company.

We live in a townhome and wanted to add to our main floor living space. We were debating between moving or this extension.. so glad we went with this option. Since we need to have a glass roof (so the rest of the house didn't feel like a cave) we wanted to go with a reputable company and products. We were more than please with the end result. Our main floor is so much bigger and entertaining larger groups of family is much easier. The quality of the work is great! We had a few hiccups in terms of the time frame and the crew that was originally working on our project didn't work out. But Jack and others made sure the end result was exactly what we wanted. There were also a few communication issues. Just be sure to keep track of everything and follow through with emails. But we really only had a few small issues that was sorted out quickly. We definitely would recommend them to our family and friends.

Four seasons had made a beautiful sunroom for us. This is the room we absolutely love!! They started work on schedule and kept a steady pace and finished it on time! we are very pleased with their service. I would highly recommend them to build your dream sunroom!!

We recently had our sunroom built with four seasons. Very pleased with the work and appearance of the sunroom. The whole process was handled in a timely manner. It was great dealing with Matt, Frank, and Latso. We have excellent praising comments from our family and friends. It is like a wow experience with the first look itself…great job…keep up the tradition and customer service too.

Our new sun room looks fabulous. It is everything we hoped for and the quality looks first rate. The two gentlemen who built it, Ziggy and Adam, were amazing. They worked hard and were very helpful in making some final touch suggestions. We're looking forward to spending a lot of time in our new, beautiful room.
