We are so happy with this service. Quick and easy drop off. Our carpets have not looked this good since they were brand new. Attention to quality. Highly recommend Granville carpet cleaning.

I brought in my 4x6 white high pile rug to be cleaned and refreshed. When picking it up it was all rolled up, so I asked to open it so I can see the result. THE RUG WAS NEVER TOUCHED!!!! It was still matted on one side and the lint was still there- exactly the way when I dropped it!!! I even smelled the rug- no hint of cleaner, shampoo, anything. Unfortunately, I had already paid for the service. The owner told me " That's the best they could do" Didn't offer to wash it again or anything. I started lifting and combing the matted part with my fingers and he told me that they can go that for me by hand- it will cost me $85.00 an hour!!!! What a joke!!! I just put one corner of the rug in our bath tub with a little detergent and it washed beautifully. Stay away from that place!!! It's a waste of time and money! No idea how it got any positive reviews at ALL!!!!

My office hired this company to clean the carpets after we had a plumbing issue that generated a small flood. Before the cleaning happened, the smell was really unpleasant - as soon as you entered the building it smelled like a farm. Many of us didn't want to continue working but once they started working we didn't even really notice the smell anymore. After the work was done we were extremely pleased. They were also very professional. I recommend their services.

First time experience.. disappointed!! The price they charged me was double then the price they gave me on the phone ..not to mention that the carpet still had the same stain and I discovered on the next day that the runner was damaged at the end... well, this rug-runner from Jordans($978.00- wool) is ready for the garbage....

Yes, Rocky rocks! :-) It is Rocky to whom we have to thank for breathing a cleaner air in our office. I am against carpets, but when you rent an office space, sometimes you don't have a choice, but adapt. Part of the adaptation process was maintaining the carpets clean, and Granville Carpet Cleaning helped us with it. No smells, no stains, not dust, no allergies. Thank you! Good job!
