Came quickly, great communication, were helpful and diagnosed the issue.

New owners have cancelled my service last minute twice and rebook out over a month later. When I have asked to speak with a manager I am told they have my message but are very busy and they do not return calls, For years prior to this the service was exceptional. Clearly the service has deteriorated in a very short time with the new owners.

September 2024 ! We are pleased with the service received from HVAC. Marcus fixed our plugged toilet. He was very professional and spent a lot of time examining it and used hose and camera. We are pleased with the result. He also replaced a leaky pipe in the ceiling . We would definitely recommend Marcus! Thank you!

This company is also know as Doctor HVAC. I had a leak in my 1" supply line to my tank from a failed soldered connection. It was beyond my soldering capabilities to solder the 1" fittings which needed to be replaced. This company was able to send a technician the next day. The window for the appointment is rather large (8am-4pm), however they do send you text and email alerts so that you know when the technician is on his way. Mark, the technician who did the work was great. He was knowledgeable, experienced and very pleasant to deal with. I'm pleased with the job Mark did. Because of my experience with Mark and my great experience with the company, I will sign up for their monthly service plan and will definitely use their services again.

Hoerner did a wonderful job on five significant replacement projects in my home: gas water heater, outside faucet, sump pump, sewage ejector and wall-mounted toilet. Lance, Adam and Nic were excellent to work with and completed the projects faster than predicted. Hoerner's office staff are also terrific, so I strongly recommend the company.

We were in the middle of a kitchen Reno and discovered that we needed some pipes moved to accommodate one of the cabinets. I called Hoerner and Lance came the following morning. He priced the job on the spot and did the job right away. Price was fair and the job was done quickly and professionally. We have used Hoerner for 2 jobs now and highly recommend!

Nick, John and Alex from Hoerner did an amazing replacing my 100 year old broken clay pipe. This is a big dirty job that involves breaking concrete. They gave a detailed accurate quote, arrived and finished the work on time, and kept the space as clean as possible. They are also very polite and kept me informed about the work along the way. I definitely recommend their service!
