We had a tile floor removed and replace with hardwood and a quartz counter top installed as part of a complete kitchen renovation. Shilpan was most helpful and both jobs were completed on time and on budget, with excellent overall result. Thanks.

We were renovating our main floor. Kumar came to our house, saw the existing flooring (which his company installed previously) and ordered the equivalent material to complete the rest of the floor. Once done,we realized the flooring was the same colour, but the finish was wrong. One was semi gloss and one was satin finish. Very noticeable to us. We also had carpet installed up our stairs and on the landing. The carpet was installed poorly. The threshold matches to existing carpet is suspect, and there are cuts that extend into the carpet that should not be there. I have personally asked Kumar to return to our home to inspect the work. I have now given up. His company has done its last job in our home. DISSatisfaction Guaranteed.

If you do not care how the job turns out, Ideal Tile & Carpet Richmond Hill is for you. If on the other hand, you care about workmanship, stay far, far away.

Highly recommend Ideal Tile. Loved the service, timeliness, price and quality! Just wonderful to work with. We were thrilled with results.We were nervous as we had to have it all finished by moving day and it was. They stayed late to get the job done. It was a huge relief.

Ideal has a wide selection of Tiles to suit pretty much any kitchen renovation project. That is their strength. We were able to find tiles for the floor as well as the backsplash. The prices were acceptable though it could have been better. The quality however, was exceptional. Overall it is a great place to buy your tiles.

I was very impressed with Ideal Tile. When I first purchased my home I had a very tight timeline to get the carpets installed before I was scheduled to move my furniture in and after I finished painting. They helped me find a carpet that I liked, met my needs and could be delivered in time. They also found a wonderful installer that installed it exactly when they said they would. I later purchased lovely cork tiles from them as well. These were available for pick-up exactly when they said they would be.
