I have had Integrity hardwood floors do two seperate projects in my house, I called them again because I was so happy with their first services. They refinished all my old hardwood floors, were very efficient, and reasonably priced, and had friendly service. I then called them back to do my stairs, and again, was very pleased.

We were thinking about getting new hardwood floors but could not decide on what kind to get. tHey were very helpfully with the design and picking a color of the floor using a computer program.

We hired integrity floors to install our cork flooring. Ted was very friendly and answered my email and phone calls promptly. On the day our installation was booked, Darrell the installer, phoned to apologize that he was running a few minutes late. I nearly fell over from shock. After renovating 3 homes, our typical experience (especially for smaller jobs) has been that the contractor or tradesperson will show up hours late or not at all and be very difficult to track down by phone or email. Darrell arrived and completed the job. Darrell was courteous and professional, he did a superb job and left our place clean and tidy. The pricing was right on quote as well. We won't hesitate to call Integrity Floors next time and recommend them without hesitation. Thank you, Integrity Floors!!!

Great experience from day one! Everything was done quickly, professionally and we could not have asked for a better outcome. They were very accommodating and the communication was excellent. The person who came to install the floors was unbelievable friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for expectional service and high quality flooring! Hired to supply and install cork flooring and laminate. Very sloppy and inconsiderate trade people. At time of job they actually brought in the band / electric saw into the house and cut the cork indoors while my 8 month son and nanny were in the house. They were instructed to do this outdoors in the garage or under the covered front entrance way. They disregarded my instructions hoping I wouldn't find out. My Nanny called me at work to tell me so I came home. When I asked why they were indoors they said but said it was too far to walk back and forth from outside. I explained that the noise from the saw was too loud for my nanny and son(they had industrial ear phones on) they said it wasn't too bad. It took them 3 weeks after they finished the job, numerous phone calls and emails for them to come back and clean up: the carpet that was removed, dust from sawing in the house, nicks and dings they made while carry the floor around and touch up paint. It took 1 year from the time they started to have everything completed! I dealt with the owner and he was just as incompetent as his crew. I would not recommend or hire this company again.
