I had an old gas fireplace, with an open flame, which I had them remove and replace with a new more modern looking gas fireplace. It was a smooth installation although the delivery took a couple of weeks longer than anticipated. The workers were respectful of my hardwood floors, and cleaned well. They spent time showing me how to use the remote control afterward.
