    Dirty gloves delivery

    Bought leather sofas online at leons vaughan store. Delivery guys dropped sofas fom truck and carry expensive sofas on dolly trucks over the the hardwood floors and steps for 15 feet distance. Only one person carried bulky sofa in a time. Floors, walls door frames shows damages and scratches. Sofas has damages on the wood frame and scratches on the sides. They just don't want to listen and don't care. Is not a teem work and nor white glove delivery. People are hired without training and without any respect for other property and their job.

    Poor time management

    Purchase a bedroom set for my daughter. Was told it would come before Christmas. Then got a phone call said it would come at the end of January. Now it's mid January, Just recieved a phone call said that it was delay and I could get a full refund. So if you are looking to purchase furniture for you kids and need it right away because your kids are sleeping on the mattress on the floor, don't buy for this company unless you want to wait over 6 months.

    Poor customer service and poor quality

    I bought a complete living room set and once delivered i had issues and was told customer care would reach out to me and I never heard from them. Then the company that comes to spray on scotch guard told me they would address one of my issue and never did. Amazing customer service NOT.

    Worst customer service ever GRRRR

    I ordered and paid in full for a couch, over 3 months ago, and the Sudbury division delivers to Timmins Ontario only once a month, and the couch has been sitting in another warehouse 500km away for over a week, and now they have no idea when the couch will arrive in Sudbury, they had previously told me they deliver the 3 Wednesday of each month which they told me December 18th, and now, we are the 9th, and they tell me, they have already delivered to Timmins for December and not returning. GRRRRR

    Horrible customer service.

    Leon's has the worst customer experience you are likely to find anywhere. I bought a mattress from them and paid to have the old mattress taken away. What Leon's requires you to do for that is to drive out to their store to pick up a bag to put your old mattress in, this is a 90 minute round trip for me. The delivery people wouldn't bring a bag with them. We asked to use the plastic wrap the new mattress would come in but were told the delivery people wouldn't wait while the old one was put in the bag. We cancelled the order due to this. Absolutely horrible customer service. Stay away.

    simple refrigerator purchase & delivery

    delivered wrong refrigerator. given misleading info about the installation time. delivered correct refrigerator but had dented handle. waited 3 weeks for this to be replace. Hardwood floor was damaged during second installation. 3 months later still waiting for this to be resolved.

    Recliner

    I bought there worthless warranty Less than 2 years old warranty service came to tell me nothing was covered so now I get to feel the wood on my arm chair Leons would not help customer service told me I could DLL it or buy another one WOW never thought of that!! Manager was to call back .its been three weeks and no call back Would not recommend the green bank store to anyone

    Washer and dryer

    Leons told me many half truths. Did not own up to their mistakes. Worst customer service manager that I have ever met. The only good thing about this company is their sales staff. Will keep posting until head office calls me

    Unsafe furniture and poor customer service

    Bed body isnt align to the leg support. They sent technician but unfortunately when my daughter put her bed sheet the screws started falling off . The screws are too small to support. When my daughter slept, she awoke up with another screws falling. Bed got broken. Contacted customer service , they said theyll call back and its been 2 days no once called. They ripped us off, they dont value their customer regardless of evidences provided. Leons furniture doesnt resolve and respect their customers.

    Samsung electric stove

    We bought a Samsung stove. When our first knob broke 2 years later, our warranty did not cover it, and it cost $130 to replace! Now 2 months later ,we noticed all our knobs are cracked and about to break. This means it is very easy to accidentally have a burner on when not intended. Fire hazard for sure. When we talked to the manager, we got a I will look into it ,sir response. 2 weeks later.nothing. I guess crazy glue will half to do. Bad costumer service. You are on your own.
