Drew was here to look at our furnace today, he got the heat back on quickly

Great service provided by Austin and Drew at Milani Plumbing and heating. They came out right away and replaced the old tank with a new one.

Been using Milani for over a decade with overall positive experiences to date. However, after this last one I will not be using them again as some of my own parts for the project went missing after. I triple checked the room he worked in and went through the garbage bin twice to be sure. After reporting it to their customer service team, I was essentially told they asked their tech and he said he didn't take it, so there's nothing they can do for me... Disappointing.

Mirza came out and unclogged my sewer line explained all the work he did. Great guy

Drew came by to connect our gas stove and relocate piping to allow for snug fit. Fast, friendly service technician with excellent knowledge of his trade. Would highly recommend Drew.

Had a tankless water heater installed the guys did a great job, nice and tidy work very professional. The HVAC guys forgot to bleed the system hence having to call them back. They promptly sent out a plumber to flush the problem solved except they charged an extra 300.00, not impressed with customer service!

Claude from Milanis came out and gave us excellent service installing our sewer pipes thanks Claude for his tips to avoid this in future
