Were renovating our main floor and needed help maximizing our kitchen layout. Barbara came over for a two-hour session and blew our minds with recommendations on how to reconfigure the entire main floor to fit our needs. Shes been very responsive and easy to communicate with. Its reassuring to know she offers flexible packages to support us as we continue with the project.

Barbara was thorough, insightful, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. She was really helpful in coming up with innovative designs and really understood my challenges and needs. Would work with again for sure!

We got amazing layouts and colour schemes for our living room and study from Barbara. We have been in our home for 3 years now using the layour suggestions Barbara gave us, and we have really been able to enjoy the spaces to their fullest because of her excellent advice. Each zone in the open concept living room functions perfectly, including the welcome/shoes area, the piano nook, the TV/socializing space, the dining area, and the kitchen. Our dog had the perfect spot for her bed so that she could be with us but also not in any danger of being stepped on. Before we implemented Barbara's layout, there were no well-defined zones, the space just didn't feel as comfortable or functional, and we just didn't feel as great when we were in the space. As soon as we moved things around the way she suggested, we felt so much better, and the space worked so much better for us. I recently reached out to her for some advice about turning our stody/office into a guest bedroom, and she was so generous with her time and advice. I would highly recommend Barbara for your interior desing needs!

Barbara designed a library for me from what used to be a bedroom. There are floor-to-ceiling walls of books but also a Murphy bed for when we have guests. The space is not large but has been filled with books in a way that is very satisfying. I love to sit in my armchair and read, looking up to see the rows of books, or to sit in my desk by the window and write. The room is perfect for me.

I had an intake w Barbara - she guided the conversation in such a way that she really was able to get a handle on what it was I was looking for, how it is that I use my space and how she works with clients. I appreciated her frank opinions and I feel like she has a firm grasp on working to help her clients needs amd style both be reflected in end products.

Barbara guided me through the process of updating my living and dining room by offering me choices of fabrics, art work, paint colour, light fixtures as well as window treatments. She is a pleasure to work with and is very organized. Barbara wants her clients to love their completed space and I do.

BNID helped us to design our bathroom and change one bedroom into a library with a murphy bed. Barbara was with us every step of the way from designing the layout, choosing fixtures and accessories, finding the right tiles for the bathroom, selecting paints and working with the company designing and supplying the Murphy bed. She always listened to our ideas and was full of interesting suggestions and options for our needs. We were very happy with her work and would use her again.

Barbara was amazing. Her immediate understanding of what i wanted to accomplish and my budget constraints. She was fabulously creative, yet totally patient with my input. Her demeanour was so comfortable. The time flew and yet so much was accomplished I would recommend her whole heartedly.

I had an ergonomic assessment for my home office done by Barbara. I am really greatful for her recommendations. One of the recommendations was to use a sit-and-stand desk which enabled me to comfortably work at my desk. I definitely recommend her company and insights!
