Doug and his boys are the best! We needed some work done at our townhome and they arrived on time, they were well prepared and extremely organized. We had numerous small jobs to be done around the house for example, hanging ceiling fans, new sink to be put in, they put a door in for us which they made to measure. They were quick, efficient and they leave no mess!! I would highly recommend his team for anything that you need done. They can do it all. We are having them back again to do our kitchen as I wouldn't call anyone else as I have complete confidence in them and their ability to get the job and to get it done right!! Thanks Doug!!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom!! This project was a complete gut of our 80+ year old original upstairs bathroom and hall closet! Doug and his team were excellent and hardworking and delivered this project on time! Doug and has team recently completed the renovation of our 26 year old master bathroom. We have worked with numerous contractors over the years and Doug was truly the Best of the Best. From our initial meeting to the very end, Doug was a true professional. He was always on time - even early- he stayed on budget, and within schedule. In fact, he completed the job early. We are absolutely thrilled with our renovation of our kids' bathroom which entailed taking out the tub and replacing it with a large walk-in glass shower, relocating the plumbing, replacing the builder-grade counter/storage cabinet with a modern vanity, new toilet, floor, and all tiling. Doug and his team are consummate professionals - completing all work when they say they'll do it and for the quoted amount. They are punctual, industrious, and complete all work to an exemplary high standard of precision and expertise. I was always able to contact Doug with any questions, and was grateful for his significant knowledge about the project and possible design choices. We are thrilled with the outcome and look forward to working with Doug in the future.

We decided to undertake a relatively large renovation - removing walls on the main floor, building a closet, enlarging closet openings in all bedrooms and all new hardwood flooring throughout the house. We also completely finished our 70 year old unfinished basement, including a full bath and laundry room. Doug was recommended by a friend and inspired confidence from the initial meeting - taking detailed notes and making recommendations. We waited for a few months for the work to begin (they are in high demand), and it was worth the wait. Doug and the team arrived on the exact date we agreed to start a few months back. Doug, Gord, Al and the rest of the crew worked hard to finish the work on time and budget - which is treated as sacred. The work was actually done quicker than we anticipated - that is not to say that quality took a back seat to speed. Work was done with quality and thoughtfulness for function, appearance and integrity. Doug and Gord made many suggestions along the way that proved to be extremely helpful. There was also openness to many questions - handled with patience and care, with Doug always available and accessible. We are thrilled with the way the renovation turned out, and would not trust our home and equity to anyone else. They were a pleasure to work with and run the business with immense integrity and customer orientation.

Doug and Gord were professional contractors who stayed within their budget and time. They were punctual, Reliable and a pleasure to deal with. I have used them for a number of renovations in and outside my home over many years. I recommend them to everyone for their amazing work.

Doug and his team recently completed work on repairing water damage and replacing most of my basement bathroom. I was so impressed with their professionalism and am thrilled with the finished product.

Doug Gertley and his crew were absolutely amazing from the get go! When Doug came to our home to inspect the bathroom and quote the upcoming job, my husband and I knew immediately that this was the company for us. Doug inspired trust, had innovative input and ideas and then proceeded to not only live up to our high expectations but exceed them. The bathroom was gutted and redone in 4 days. We left Doug a key and every day would come home excited to see what was done. Doug stayed in constant contact with us throughout the project. Doug Gertley and his crew renovated the spare bathroom on our 2nd floor in 4 days - removed all of the builder stuff, repaired walls, installed new tiles in shower/tub, floor, put in crown moulding, painted, installed 2 recessed cabinets, etc......They come in, do the job with no wasted time. Jobs are always done on time or under - and a great team that works well together!

Doug Gertley and his team did a fantastic job, totally on time (even under their original time estimate), and totally on budget. Our kitchen had to be completed gutted and re-built - they did it in less than 2 weeks! Closer to a week and a half, actually. These guys work hard, and they did a great job. We would strongly recommended Doug to others (and have already). The one caution I'd give potential customers is to be ready: these guys are booked solid and are dedicated to finishing on time, so last minute questions and details don't fit super well with that system. But if you're prepared, this is the team for you, and you won't be disappointed. Thanks Doug!
