Dov, thank you for all your hard work to coordinate this project. It was a big job and thanks to you it went great. Could not have been more pleased. We recently purchased and installed engineered hardwood flooring from Invision Hardwood & Decor. We chose Santos Mahogany (Cabreuva) from Mercier and the results, as well as the experience with Invision could not have been better. Working with Roy, our options (different wood textures, sizes & colours) were clearly presented and when we saw the solution …. Bingo! ,… the choice was easy. We chose to prepare the subfloor ourselves, and Roy was very knowledgeable helpful in answering any questions and concerns we had regarding subfloor preparation. Finally, we were particularly impressed with the installation crew. They arrived early, were courteous and neat, and above all, installed a hardwood floor that was technically accurate and artistically pleasing (they took the time to layout the board arrangement prior to nailing). We highly recommend Invision Hardwood & Decor.

Met Dov and Roy at a home show. My wife and I found them engaging and knowledgeable. Dov came to the house to evaluate, educate and recommend. We subsequently visited their showroom and together we picked out flooring (hand scrapped maple), paint and staircase materials/colours. We needed to get the project done as quickly as possible as we have three dogs that need to be boarded. Since we were going away on vacation already, it made sense to have as much of the project done during that time. Dov and Roy made us feel comfortable to be able to do this and they coordinated all three components of the project, kept their timeline and left the place looking great and clean for our return. My friend referred me to Invision Hardwood. Dov was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He persuaded my husband that a 1960s house could use some new floors. We selected lauzon beechwood, and only part of the house had new floors. I realized after seeing the result, that the new hardwood floors did not match the old laminate, and requested for the whole house to be redone with the same uninform and matching look. The guys returned and quickly and efficiently with just enough materials, managed to complete the whole project on time within a week, before we moved into the house. I was quite pleased and amazed at the result, the new light floors did wonders to the look of the house, modernizing it. Roy is a kind man to talk to, he is friendly and understood our needs, as he managed the project. One thing I wished they would have done is given us a discount as it was a referral, and they could have added the rounded quarter trims for free or with some discount. Though the price per square footage was very expensive, the timely and great result is notable.

It's taken me a while to get to this review, but better late than never. I had the main and second floors of my 100-year old home completely replaced over the summer by Invision. I received three quotes from vendors that I had found on Homestars, but I ended up choosing Invision not because they were the cheapest, but because of the thoroughness of the quotation, and their professionalism and communication through the whole planning process. Prior to retiring, I managed construction & maintenance for 300 locations of a well-known Canadian Retail chain, so I knew and appreciated the value of a well-planned project and a contractor that won business based on reputation, not on the lowest price. The bottom line is that they started when planned, did not go even $1 over their original quotation, and even finished a few days early. I am a single dad to three boys, and Dov and Roy made the intimidating hardwood selection and planning processes painless. My old house provided a few curveballs to work around but I was - and still am - absolutely thrilled with the quality of work and the new lease on life the floors have provided my home. Thrilled with our new Torly’s LVPF. Old ceramic tiles removed and LVPF installed throughout entire main floor. It looks awesome. The crew did an excellent job. Roy fab to deal with from start to finish.

We bought our first home last August and replacing the flooring was high on our home improvement priority list. The well-worn carpeting, wood laminate and cracked tiles had seen better days. We first communicated with Invision over email and then went out to their showroom, where Dov showed us around. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to detail, impressing us from the start with how well he knew his stuff. We immediately felt like he “got” our vision of what we were looking for while also understanding and working with us to find solutions within our budget. Dov gave us options, talked us through the logistics, and was thoughtful about the look and feel of how everything would come together – he has an artist’s sensibility. The end result has completely transformed our home. Having only recently become homeowners, it was also our first renovation experience and Dov, Roy and their team made what could be a disruptive job into something pretty painless. Total pros, they were communicative and considerate throughout the project. Our new floors feel and look great. Highly recommend Invision!

Through a reference from a friend of mine, I also approached Invision Hardwood & Decor for selection of hardwood flooring material as part of a renovation for our new condo living. We picked Invision, although it is located quite a distance from our home in the eastern part of the North York, because the selection of materials, store layout and display, and above all, friendly and knowledgeable staff and their clear instructions during the whole process of getting the job done. Pina was wonderful help picking the flooring. Roy arranged to install the flooring. Matt and Simon installed flooring in one and half days clean and efficient very professional service good trades are very hard to come by and Roy promised everything he said would really recommend Invision to have your flooring done thanks again

After a flood in the basement, we had to replace the floor (1,500 Sq.Ft.) Dov and Roy helped us to find the perfect floor that looks incredible and fits all of our needs and budget. Invision team's product knowledge is second to none. Gerat products and amazing service!
