Invision Hardwood was highly recommended by a friend. We had had other quotes but companies were unwilling to raise the nosing on the banister to match the height of the hardwood. Dov and Roy insisted that they could do it easily, and they did! They quoted that the job would be done in 4 days but they finished in 3. The installers cleaned up after themselves and helped us move furniture back in place. We are very very pleased with the result.

Roy and his team did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors on our main level that we decided to reach out again for the 2nd floor as well as updating our stairs/railings. Job was done exactly ontime and the craftsmanship was superb. I can not recommend them highly enough.

I could not have had a better experience regarding our home renovation project than I did at Inivision Hardwood with Dov. After being disappointed several times thus far, it was a pleasure to meet someone as honest and fair as Dov was. He truthfully told me what he could arrange for me, gave me a very fair price, and promised to do whatever possible to deliver the material I needed quickly. In the the end, he came through 100%. I look forward to doing business with Inivision again in the near future.

We are extremely happy with our new floors and our experience with Dov and Roy and the entire team at Invision Hardwood & Decor. They were very knowledgable and helpful during the entire process. We did a full reno of our main floor and replaced the hardwood on both the main floor and second floor. After visiting a lot of flooring stores, Dov and Roy were immediately helpful in finding the exact option we were looking for. Shopping and install experience were great!

I contacted Dov at Invision to quote on the supply and install of a vinyl floor for a project in the Collingwood area. Dov was incredibly responsive and took the time to understand my requirements and provided a fair and competitive quote. Once we agreed, Roy took over and arranged the installation. The team showed up, including Roy, on time and performed the installation work in no time. Everything was perfect and no complaints. No hesitation in recommending Invision for any of your flooring needs.

The Invision Team was helpful in our journey through picking the right hardwood for our new home. They've been in the flooring business for a long time and their expertise shows. They provided advise prior, during, and after purchase. Even though I plan on self-installing, they've been helpful providing tips/tricks to ensure I get the most out of my hardwood. We got a competitive price + shipped faster than we expected. Highly recommend!!

Invision Flooring was amazing to work with, from the sales process to then finalizing a cost and timeline was great. They don't overcharge right away like some other organizations. During the process Dov was an amazing person to work with, he is a great communicator and does his best to calm the nervous home owner that we were. I would highly recommend them and if I were to refinish again, I would choose them. Only area that needs improvement was the stain/colour selecting process. I think it would have been beneficial for them to offer a service where you show them a floor example that you like (real example hardwood/eng hardwood) for them to match for you based on their colour experience. It would have given us less stress of finding a colour ourselves based on digital pictures. Amazing work.
