Outstanding workmanship and professional. Dov was extreamly helpful in explaining what would be involved and had the custom stain mixed to match 100% to our floors. His workers came in and completely sealed up the area and we had almost no dust from the sanding which we were worried about and were outstandingly professional. Thanks again Dov to you and your crew. Amazing transformation

It's taken me a while to get to this review, but better late than never. I had the main and second floors of my 100-year old home completely replaced over the summer by Invision. I received three quotes from vendors that I had found on Homestars, but I ended up choosing Invision not because they were the cheapest, but because of the thoroughness of the quotation, and their professionalism and communication through the whole planning process. Prior to retiring, I managed construction & maintenance for 300 locations of a well-known Canadian Retail chain, so I knew and appreciated the value of a well-planned project and a contractor that won business based on reputation, not on the lowest price. The bottom line is that they started when planned, did not go even $1 over their original quotation, and even finished a few days early. I am a single dad to three boys, and Dov and Roy made the intimidating hardwood selection and planning processes painless. My old house provided a few curveballs to work around but I was - and still am - absolutely thrilled with the quality of work and the new lease on life the floors have provided my home. Attached are a few 'before and after' shots.

Invision repaired 13 planks in the middle of my floor. You would never know that it was done. It is perfect! Dov and Roy we're excellent to work with, and the workmanship was flawless. I would highly recommend them.

Invison did a great job of replacing old as well as installing new railings. I was impressed with how quickly - the job was completed within a day - and how cleanly they worked. Clearly, they are experts. Dov's advice was very helpful in deciding how best to proceed.

When researching companies to replace all my 2nd floor carpeting with new hardwood floors, I was very impressed with the reviews I read for Invision Hardwood & Decor. I can verify that every fantastic review is real. From first meeting Dov and Roy, to planning the whole job, to execution and finally, seeing the finished product - I couldn't be happier with the entire process. What made me most nervous about this job is that I have 2 open staircases that were stained a warm grey tone and were a challenge to match to a new floor. Knowing I didn't want to re-stain my staircases, Dov and Roy were able to come up with a great solution that made my new floors and existing staircases look seamless. You literally think everything is brand new. I was also really pleased with Dov's suggestion on the style and placement of the new wrought iron pickets. Besides the excellent outcome, what I appreciate most is that both Dov and Roy are true to their word. They are knowledgeable, kept to the budget and timeline, plus I knew what was going on at all times. Don't hesitate to contact this company, you won't be disappointed!

Purchased our flooring from Invision Flooring in Vaughan, Ontario we live near Manitoulin Island and were amazed when our delivery was made by our sales rep Dov. With these trying times and constant delays with contractors, very appreciative that Invision had litteraly gone the extra mile (approx 600 kms to be more precise). Thank You!

We selected Invision based on their ratings/review on HomeStars and we were very pleased with the results. Dov and Roy walked us through the processes and options at their nice storefront in Vaughan. They then came for a site detailed site visit upon agreeing to move forward. Dov and Roy were both very genuine, upfront, and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. We initially selected a luxury vinyl with cork underlay, but that took us too far over our budget. So, we decided upon Tipton Oak waterproof laminate from Torlys installed completely throughout our ~700sq-ft condo (except the bathroom). We also had our baseboards replaced. Installation by the two Matts took place over only 2 days. Our old carpet, tile and baseboards were removed. The kitchen and entrance tile removal produced a ton of dust, but we were warned about this and all efforts were made to cover our belongings and reduce it. Were really in awe of our homes transformation and love the look and feel of the laminate we selected. The installers did have to come back a couple days later for some very minor baseboard adjustments, but other than that, there we no issues with the installation process. Wed definitely recommend Invision to anyone looking for a flooring contractor that checks all the boxes. Thanks!

Impeccable service from Invision Hardwood from start to finish. Dov is detailed oriented and knowledgeable about any hardwood need. I dont think there is a question he cant answer. His passion for his work is noticeable. Between Dov and Roy, the service we received was always personal, professional, on top of being on time and schedule across deliverables and installation. Their installer (Ali) was extremely professional as well and did amazing work. Our floors look beautiful and exceeded all expectations. I cant find enough superlatives to describe Invision. I was thrilled with both the process and the results when Roy and his crew installed engineered maple throughout my 2-bedroom condo in 2020, and they've just topped themselves by rescuing me from a flooding disaster with such skill and attention to detail that nobody can find the repair. The original installation was a major adventure for me. I was picky beforehand about product appearance and noise control and tight scheduling. We agreed to try a new and advanced underlayment and that introduced a major wrinkle into the installation process that the manufacturer hadn't explained, but the issue was taken in stride, dealt with, and didn't affect the spectacular project outcome at all. My 2020 Homestars review was Ten Stars for Product, Installation, Service, and Integrity, with a rating of 10/10. What a contrast. Before I found my heroes at Invision I had been taken for a ride by a fast-talking flooring contractor who installed a condo full of flooring that had to be completely removed and replaced. I wrote a Homestars review titled Very Bad Experience, rating the experience as 0/10, and describing the experience as A $14,000 lesson on checking reputations first. In mid-June 2022 a pipe in a plumbing shaft in my high-rise condo building spung a leak and water managed to get under and discolour a section of my maple floor. The condo managements restoration contractor had no idea of how to deal with my problem, and I kept being asked if I could just live with the discolourization. I called Roy, explained the situation, and asked if Invision did repairs. The answer was that Invision isnt in the repair business but that they stand behind the work they have done for their own clients and would be happy to try to help me. Hiding this repair was going to be a challenge. The fix involved replacing an irregularly shaped section of tongue-and-groove engineered hardwood and its underpad. Because we first had to get things dry the process required multiple visits. As in 2018, Roy was there every time to help and check. His crew worked a precision miracle, and I now have a like-new floor and a Find the patch game for visitors. I tell them about the flood, and the repair, and challenge them to find the replaced area. Nobody has, and nobody ever will. This is an 11 out of 10 job. I have never dealt with such a professional contractor. No wonder Invision averages 9.9/10 across 320 reviews.
