Perfect solution for a French door. Should have done it years ago. The company rep came on time and completed the work efficiently. He answered all my questions.

We shopped around for a new screen door. We went with phantom screen. I thought it was a bit too expensive but then saw the quality of the product and was very happy with it. It only took a few days to get the installation date and he was very fast at installing it. It looks great and I am very happy with the results Thank you

Disappointing experience. Great product, pleasant efficient technicans. But when I needed a repair, the office staff did a poor job - there were no responses to my calls or requests, and I was misled on how one piece of the repair would be handled. When asked, the company refused to reduce the charge, in spite of the 2-month wait for the repair.

The team did an amazing job of measuring and manufacturing our custom phantom screen doors for our large 2 panel back door. The fit, finish, knowledge and professionalism of the team was excellent. Thank you.

I had wanted to install these screens for several years so I might have access daily to viewing my front yard, garden and street. Once I made up my mind I was delighted as the technician worked with me to be sure that it was fully accessible for me to enter and exit my door in my wheelchair.

We love the screens! We needed a roll away screen because our dogs messed up our original screen door. The installation was custom and the fit was incredible. The installer was very polite and knowledgeable. They look better than we ever imagined. They open and close so smoothly. We are really happy we finally did this and the dogs cant get them when they are retracted!

We have a new front and back door which I really like the look of and didnt want to hide behind a regular screen. The Phantom screens are discreet and hidden when not in use but also discreet when used. They are easy to open and close and maintain. If I had this option for each window in the house I would much prefer this to a regular screen!

I am commenting on the customer service and work ethics of this company. Very impressive. They have gone beyond their company requirements to assists us with our concerns. In rectifying the door handle and making a second installation appointment to make sure we were completely satisfied of which we are.
