Raul just finished a complete facelift on the exterior of our home - Stone, Stucco, Flagstone, New Concrete Porch & Stairs, New Front Door, New Window, Electrical - he did it all ! Raul and team were here everyday for nearly 8 weeks, and worked with us throughout the project to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Raul is flexible, professional and does things right. We highly recommend Raul and would absolutely recommend him to all.

Raul does excellent work and takes pride in it too. He and those who work for him, like Serge, are always very easy to work with and very tidy at the job site. The work all day every day, even on Saturdays, to get the job done promptly. The prices are very fair too. Pompeya has done four renovation projects for us at two different houses. We'd absolutely hire Raul again.

We are very pleased with the window installation and stucco application completed on our living room window by Pompeya Construction. They were very professional and timely in completing the work. We are sure that it will be enjoyed for many years to come.

His company recently completed a kitchen renovation for me and their work was excellent throughout the whole project. This was a major job with a large bulkhead removed, additional wiring for over the stove microwave, re-wiring for a new fridge location, and wiring added for the addition of pot lights inside some of the new glass door kitchen cabinets. In addition, new plumbing and wiring was required for a dishwasher and corner double sink and faucet. Raoul, also, had to prepare and lay down a porcelain tile floor throughout the hall and kitchen. This was not an easy task and took a great deal of patience on his part due to the very uneven floor. I am very pleased with the tile work and commend him for his ability to keep them level as much as possible. It must be noted that the kitchen designer, and cabinet manufacturing company, made a gross error in calculation and the pot light transformers could not be fitted above the cabinets. Raoul found a solution to this problem and successfully achieved this with no damage to the new cabinetry. I would highly recommend this contractor for any future work. He and his staff are very pleasant and competent in their work and clean up as much as possible at the end of every day. They are also punctual—work started promptly at 8:00 AM throughout the five weeks that they were here. The total cost for my kitchen renovation is $20,000 of which $9,000 was the labour paid to Mr. Santos’ company. I would not hesitate to use Raoul and his crew for any future renovations in my condominium.

A homeowners nightmare came true for me! The alarm company called to say my home had been broken into. After calling the police, I called Raul Santos from Pompeya Construction. He immediately came over to secure the broken door and assess the damage. Within two days he had installed new doors and locks, plastered, painted and returned my home back to normal. Thanks Raul for going above the call of duty.

I want to share how pleased I am with the renovation done by Raul Santos of Pompeya Construction. I wanted my bathroom and laundry area freshened up but Raul went beyond this basic idea. He created a spa for me in my own home.Raul provided me with creative ideas and showed me the wide range of options for fixtures, lighting and finishing materials. The site was intricate and challenging and Raul was a wonderful problem solver. Pompeya Construction began their work when they said they would, kept to the timeline and the costs for the project were very reasonable. The result is a retreat from the cares of the world right in my own home.
