They do nice work. Happy with the completed project. The crew was a pleasure to work with. They answered any questions we had and ensured all of our concerns were addressed quickly to our satisfaction.

We were very pleased with the work done by Doug and his team of contractors. The care, attention to detail and speed by Ilya and his team on the roof and siding was incredible. Doug and team were very professional. From providing guidance and ideas for our project, they were patient with our decisions and delivered a beautiful project on time. The project included demolition, insulation, Hardie Board lap siding, soffit and fascia replacement and a new PT deck. The team maintained a safe and clean work site, and provided a high level of detail to the finishes. Overall, we were very impressed with their workmanship, and are hoping to have the same team complete a bigger project at our house next year.

This company cares about customer satisfaction. We designed an irregular shaped deck to fit into our small backyard. The project involved building the deck into a new fence and cutting existing patio stones. When the job was done we had a bit of a problem with how the patio stones had been cut. But we said we'd pay up anyway and fix the problem ourselves. Instead, Doug insisted that the workers come back and fix the problem. So many companies "take the money and run". This is not one of those. Great job.

After Quality Restorations did a small but important job for us back in the Fall, and did it super efficiently, quickly, and with very good results, we decided to get a quote to replace our back deck and a balcony (which were well over 30 years old and eroded or falling apart in many places). We felt it was reasonable (more so than another quote we'd received two years ago) and Patrick and his team were very very good. The conditions under which they had to work were not easy: hot, direct sun; materials shortages; occasional rain shower; and so on. Yet they were professional and quick throughout, and they were responsive to our wishes (which at one point included lowering a deck frame). Doug was also responsive to our requests for information as well. At one point, after they had finished, a design flaw in a trap door became apparent and needed to be fixed. Once we told them about it, they were back to repair it within a week. We are so pleased with their work.

After a bit of a slow start, the guys from Quality Restoration did an excellent job on removing the old fence and standing up a custom fence. Ended up going with a horizontal fence look and couldn't be happier with the end result. The job site was cleaned up to our satisfaction and we are now enjoying the new look to our backyard.

Second time we’ve hired Doug Pearce through QR. First was to replace the brick at the top of our chimney a few years ago. Now we needed the brick at the bottom of the fireplace replaced. We hired Doug and his team again because we are very pleased with their work the first time and we weren’t disappointed; job was 10+. They are our go to company for brick work and won’t hesitate recommending them to friends and family.

Many thanks to Doug and his team!!! We are super happy with our new deck. We had old deck which had to be removed. We also had some deteriorated bricks on the adjacent wall. I was trying to figure out how to schedule these works from different companies. Luckily I found Quality Restorations. They do both - masonry and deck construction. We worked with Doug to schedule both, price was reasonable, both teams were great - professional, accurate, making sure everything is done right and the backyard is clean after the work is done. We would highly recommend Quality Restorations. Thanks again.

I met Doug through Home Stars after a terrible encounter with a contractor who took my deposit and ran off. Doug came to my rescue with a crew who redid my concrete walls of a century old house and rebuilt a porch pillar that collapsed. Then another crew came and rebuilt my entire porch in a very short time. I would definitely recommend Quality Restorations who will treat you like a small town country neighbor!

The team at Quality Restorations were a pleasure to work with and could not have been more professional. They were quick to respond from the start, addressed any setbacks right away, and coordinated seamlessly with my other contractors. The build staff was on time every day and kept the site clean. When we discovered that the brick pillar needed some repair work, the estimate was ready the next day. The mason completed the repair the following working day so work could continue on the porch. The build staff did a meticulous job, particularly on the Ipe porch and skirting. I appreciate it's not an easy material to work with especially in the winter. The quality of the work is really top notch. I would definitely hire them for future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional, responsive contractors.
