Rainbow was able to be at our house to do an assessment within hours of being called and did their transparency, service, and professionalism allowed me to hire them on the spot for the emergency remediation due to a flood. Even over a long weekend in Toronto they were able to provide the staff to initiate my remediation and were excellent in all facets of the job. I'd recommend them with no hesitation.

Excellent response time, communication, project management and work by the team at Rainbow International. Flood from a unit affected others and required repairs to multiple dwelling condo units. Rainbow was able to co-ordinate and complete the work in a timely fashion at very reasonable prices. Would recommend them to other Property Managers as well as individual homeowners.

My neighbour recommended Rainbow after her wet basement experiences and I can see why. This company acts fast. They arrived within an hour, installed fans, humidifers and counseled me on the short / long term steps needed to eliminate moisture from the basement. Baseboards were temporarily removed and dry wall examined for moisture damage. My wall to wall carpet was removed, cleaned and reinstalled. Their follow up was excellent!
