Rock Valley had the product as advertised. Delivered on date promised, I returned the pallets later for a full refund (taxes incld). BTW the delivery driver John was an absolute delight to deal with, very accommodating, calm and pleasant. Excellent, top tier service!

We'd been to several stone yards and garden supply centres and Rock Valley by far exceeded them all in customer service and cost. Their triple mix is better than their competitor's premium blend. Everyone at the place is friendly and willing to help. Even the delivery guy is a peach. Michael helped us to estimate quantities needed for everything and it was bang-on. We discovered them 3 years ago and although we research the competitors we keep going back to Rock Valley. I highly recommend them.
