My wife and I shopped around for a company to redo our kitchen counter top, after 4 estimates and dealing with different companies, stone edge gave us the best communication and a clear estimation ,professional done with approximate dates. Janelle and the staff from Stone Edge were super helpful from the onset! She advised us on what slabs to select along with our kitchen designer; also steered us away from a non desirable slab that was prone to chipping. She also helped choose the edge profile. The measuring and install were done very professionally in lightning speed- one week! Highly recommend! Don't shop price alone shop quality and professional!

If you want your renovations to be extended by 3.5 weeks this is the place for you. I believe these reviews below are clearly fake and written by the owner. Maybe if they spent less time writing and actual working they would have satisfied customers. My renovation is at halt thanks to stone age. 3.5 weeks for them to just install the stone. They claim they are backed up and will not have anyone for 3.5 weeks!. I have to wait for them to install the stone before the sink can go back on and other finishing touches can take place. Waiting 3.5 weeks is just crazy. So unprofessional and horrible service! Regretting everyday that I picked them!

The stone looks beautiful. The install however was less than idyllic. They had to come back 4 times to get it right. Very annoying and no apologies from management or anything. Flawed customer service.

We are very pleased with the quartz composite counters that were manufactured and installed by Stone Edge. The counters are beautiful, functional, and look like one seamless run, even though they are so long they had to be pieced together. The installers weren’t the most personable individuals, but the sales person was pleasant to work with, and the product was good. We would order from them again.

Although Stone Edge was a bit pricier than a quote from another company, we choose to have them hone and install our marble countertop and full backsplash. They were able provide services such as a 90 degree edge on corners and special corner edges for details, the other company would not offer. They cut the sink hole too large, however replaced it with a brand new slab with the proper sized sink hole. This was a very costly mistake, however they accepted ownership and did not make a fuss which shows signs of a great company. I would have liked to have seen a layout of the marble plotted against the plan before it was cut to visualize the vein layout. This would have brought them to a 10. Overall, very pleased with the results.

Counter tops for our bar looks great. Everyone compliments how nice it looks. Very professional and reliable. We shopped around and were very happy to have chosen them. We heard horror stories about other companies. Stone Edge will not disappoint.

I hired stone edge for my granite installation after reading reviews here. When they came in to install my granite the sink was not properly installed and the sealing of the granite which they performed on site was too conspicuous. Basically the colour did not match. In a nutshell the guys they sent over to my house to do the initial installation did a crappy job. After 3 weeks I noticed that my under-mount sink was leaking around the edges. So I called to complain, I was told to expect service in the middle of the following week. That week went by and not a word from the company,so I decided to call back the week after. They then gave me a service date and I made sure to insist on different workers to correct the problem. They listened. They brought in competent guys the second time round Andrew Dasilva and another guy not sure his name as well as the owner who came to assess the problem. In the end they fixed it to my satisfaction. I will say their after sales service is not so bad. Would I recommend the company I am conflicted because the job was not done right the first time. If you happen to go with them insist on Andrew Dasilva he is a professional and takes pride in his job.

Stoneedge provided excellent customer service, excellent pricing and excellent quality products. they were flexible with their choices and allowed us to look at various slabs to pick from . A great company

I found them very professional, clean and quick. They have also done my Father's ceasarstone kitchen counter top and the templating, install was pretty seamless. I would definatly reccommend them to anyone who needs any type of counter surfaces.
