John Routier and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Workmanship was excellent and completed in a very timely manner. We found John, Ryan, Corban, Aaron and Brandon to be extremely friendly, courteous, and diligent. John was able to handle extra requests while onsite and was always gracious and accommodating with our questions and concerns. Three of our neighbours hired Summer Lane Finishing to replace and paint the exterior trim on their houses as well. Our side of the street is looking very smart now thanks to Summer Lane Finishing. We will contact John for any future projects and are happy to recommend him to others.

I'm not a perfectionist, but I am in the neighborhood of being one when it comes to spending money with people I don't know. The crew at Summer Lane Finishing have worked for us twice. The first project was our main bathroom and now they are putting the finishing touches on our en suite. Their work is excellent - bordering on outstanding. John Routier has a very reliable and easy to work with crew of trades who are all very conscientious and caring in their work. When they say they will be on site, they arrive in time and finish the project in the estimated time frame. We constantly get glowing comments about the workmanship exhibited in our first project and we're already getting some compliments on the work to date on the en suite. All in all, in a day and age when some people get fleeced by incompetent workers, we are happy to fully endorse Summer Lane, John Routier, Jarrod the Tile Setter, Jack his Plumber, John the Electrican, Ryan the carpenter, Nick the glass man and Tom the Painter/Decorator. We're already planning phase 3 of our make over! Thank you John and team for making Summer Lane an easy choice!

Several exterior wood courtyard doors were completely refinished in our townhouse condominium complex. Workmanship was very good. The preparation was very well done as all of the hardware was completely removed then reinstalled without any issues. The quality of the wood refinishing was excellent.

John and his professional staff were a pleasure to deal with and delivered quality results. The casings were flawlessly mitred and installed with a smooth finish. The baseboards are flush with the walls and are tight in every corner, without gaps. John and his guys are busy and booked ahead but well worth the wait.
