I was very pleased with the quality of service John at Super Rooter provided. He gave me an approximate time window, called before heading to my place, and arrived on time. We had some standing water in a basement sink, and after a few questions, John identified where he thought the clog was and started working to resolve. He had the blockage clear in no time at all and water was draining once again! John was friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for draining or plumbing issues.

Super Rooter was great! Called John on Sunday night for a non urgent job. He answered right away and came the next morning. Immediately recognized the issue with kitchen sink and went to roof to clear drain from top. Then he installed the toilet and had good way of resolving a preexisting issue. Later that night I noticed a way we could make the toilet install even better. Called him and he came out to do that the next morning at no charge.

I found super Rooter on homestars this morning after my kitchen sink became plugged. I called around to several companies and decided on Super Rooter based both on price and service. He was able to come this afternoon and not only quickly resolved my drainage issue but installed my new kitchen faucet for me as well. He was super professional, friendly, trustworthy, and I have already given the Super Rooter name to a couple of other people for any future needs they may have. I will definitely be calling them again for any additional plumbing needs. Thank you so much for the fantastic service!

John did a great job repairing a broken sewer pipe and installing a cleanout for us. He was clear about pricing and very professional. I'd hire him again and would have no problem recommending him to others.

I called John at Super Rooter about a clogged sink drain. He had another job that morning, but said he would come after that (around lunch time). He came right when he said. He was very friendly and assessed the problem quickly. Everything was fixed in under an hour. He charged a reasonable fee on a straight hourly rate - no hidden extras or call-out fees. I would definitely recommend John to anyone.

I had an issue with my garburator not working and I called John for service, but instead of coming out and charging for the service, he provided the instructions to me over the phone. I was able to fix it myself, and I saved myself $120. I'm really happy with the integrity of this company, and I'll definitely use them again for future plumbing issues.

John has worked for us twice now to clear plugged pipes. He always arrives on time, does a thorough job, then surprises us with a more-than-reasonable bill. Such an honest guy - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

While our neighbour was doing some renovations, they found that our sewage pipe was linked to theirs and was in bad shape. We had also had some issues with back-up so thought it was a good time to re-grade the pipe. John at Super Rooter was the only company that we would call for this job. Not only is he incredibly honest, the work was done quickly and everything is better than new.

Called several companies on a holiday weekend this past Sunday. The earliest would be Monday afternoon, l tried one more time on search and found Super rooter. He said l will be there by 2pm, he was 10 min. early, great service and reliable! I have worked in the trades for more than 30 years and l know.

While doing laundry, noticed one of our pipes was leaking overhead. Not knowing who to call, used Homestars as our go-to to look for help and saw the positive reviews for Super Rooter. Contacted John and he came at the end of the day and replaced the leaking pipe. He was quick, efficient, tidy and most of all very courteous to deal with. I would have no problems recommending him - thank you John!
