My heater gave out had a flood in laundry room. One phone call brought superior timing, superior service, everything fixed in a timely manner. Not once did Michael try to upsell or try to do a make work scenario like other gas companies. 5 stars from me out of 5 stars! Nelli J

He is the worst person you can trust.He try to make you to call him,call & call.Call him at the begin hitting season for your fireplace / because your fireplace doesnot work /at the end of the season / because he turn the hit in your fireplace right to the glass & in 1 week after using fireplace the glass turn black, & you have to clean glass at the end of season/ Then again at the begin of season.Circle.A lot of money he got from me until my silly head understood what iz going on.Then I change the company.Now my fireplace always work,the glass of fireplace always clean. ASHAME .
