"technician" showed up with no tools and ill prepared. Diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve after 5 mins. Fortunately I got a second opinion afterwards and found out it was the control panel and was not worth fixing the dishwasher. Tried to deal with company regarding the outstanding housecost bill given the techs misdiagnosis but never got a return phone call. They instead put the bill over to a collection agency. Ill be posting another company with a 10/10 rating who saved me from wasted efforts by Sutton and Sons

This company came recomended from a local appliance store, which I find very surprising and have contacted the store to question their judgement when recommending this company! I would never recommend this service company to anyone. Multiple visits by technician, for a small leak. Made recommendations that had nothing to do with the leak, replaced a part that didn't need replacing. Appeared to be guessig at what the problem is. Charged ridiculous prices. Will find another more capable company if i ever need service again.

Excellent service, professional, timely, and very courteous and reasonable. I have seldom used a repair service in whose work I have been so pleased in the last 40 years in Hamilton.

Waste of time. Had to get a second opinion after tech showed up with no tools to diagnose the problem. Wouldn't wait for the appliance to cycle through the problem and came up with a diagnosis that I as a DIY guy questioned. Got a second opinion and low and behold Suttons tech was way off. Impatient and ill prepared

My fridge was leaking, large sheets of ice were forming on the bottom of the freezer. When o called the receptionist said it was likely a $35 part and quite common. The repair man call with a two hour window, he was on time. He very quickly fixed the problem, and showed me the old part and why it had malfunctioned. I asked him to look at the washing machine, because it started leaking the night before. He did and found the problem. A part needed to be ordered, he said he would call back with the price of the part, he did and booked an appointment to fix it. Another repairman came on the second call, he was also polite and professional, he quickly fixed the washing machine. I asked him to look at the dishwasher because it started leaving the might before. (All three of the appliances are two years old...) He looked at the dish washer and told me why he thought it was leaking and how to fix it myself, it was not mechanical. I was very impressed with the service and advise I received from both the repairmen

I will not use this company again. I had a tech come out to look at my fridge, he made an appointment to come back with part only to find out something else was broke as well when he came back, when he came back a third time the ordered part was broke! I have now missed three days work, its been three months and my fridge is still not making ice we are "waiting" on the part! When I call I get the run around and they have some of the parts to my fridge as well! I am fed up, this is pathetic. The other two times I have used them they have never gotten it fixed right the first time either. Don has been the mechanic each time, I have asked not to get him and now I get attitude!

I was very happy with the installation services provided. The service person was on time, friendly and professional, and used good quality materials (hoses etc). He also gave me some good tips re how to improve the performance and longevity of my machines, which I appreciate! I took off one point for some difficulty communicating with Sutton prior to the appointment on a pretty straightforward parts issue, which left me wondering right up to the time the technician arrived as to whether or not they'd be able to complete the install. Fortunately the technician was not as confused as the person on the phone and all work was done completely and to a very good standard. Overall a good job, and I'll definitely continue to call Sutton for any appliance needs. Thanks!

Consistently good service. They have repaired my fridge, dryer and dishwasher in the past. Not the cheapest, but very reliable and honest. They are willing to explain and answer questions.

The service men from this company are very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and identified the issue right away. They originally came for another appliance under our kitchenaid warranty and we have been calling them directly ever since. They are much cheaper than going through kitchenaid.

My Jenn-Air control panel would not work. A Sutton and Son technician was dispatched quickly and he diagnosed the problem right away, ordered parts and within a day returned to replace the control panel. Work was done quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.
