Beware! We retained Marble Clinic to polish the 5 year old marble on our kitchen island and a counter. The island had recently acquired a few etch marks from acidic liquids (alcohol, lime juice etc.) because the original sealer was wearing off. We got several quotes and Marble Clinic was the highest, at $1000. We agreed to it because we were told that they would diamond grind off the surface and polish it up and then coat it with a penetrating sealant to protect it. The grinding and the polishing was done very well. We followed the instruction not to use the counter for 24 hours. We also followed the instruction to wash only with a damp cloth and to dry it immediately. However, after only 1 week of regular use, the counter had new etch marks from very brief contact with lime juice. When we brought this to the attention of Marble Clinic, we were told that marble is a porous surface and subject to etching by acidic liquids. We replied that we this was precisely why we hired them to apply a protective coating to the marble, and it was obviously not working. They then tried to sell us another product to apply ourselves! If their other product actually worked (which we doubt), we wonder why they didnt offer to sell us this product at the outset instead of the pointless $1000 grinding and recoating process!

What I really liked at the very beginning was the detailed description of what was going to be done. Then it was done as itemized. The final result is beautiful. The workers very carefully sealed off the nearby area to avoid travelling dust while grinding and worked at cleaning up any messes as they occurred. They were very hard working, competent, and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company!

Moved into a new home with marble floors that hadn't been polished in years. They looked absolutely dreadful. Amanda came and did measurements and provided the information I needed to help make a decision in which company to hire. ( I had 3 separate quotes)Ultimately I found the Marble Climic to be the most professional in how they provided their quote and detailed information. The crew worked hard and did a fantastic job. Marble had become shabby, bleached out. We thought we might have to replace the marble top and floor. Instead we had The Marble Clinic in. They refinished both and redid the grout. It looks absolutely fabulous, better than new! The crew were professional, courteous, and super clean workers, one wouldnt know they were here except for the lovely workmanship. Highly recommend.

Our dining room marble table had stains along the sides. The table was sanded and a sealer put on top. The two gentlemen who did the work were excellent, courteous and cleaned up when done. Our table now looks like when we first bought it. Thank you Marble Clinic!

I am truly happy with the service I received from The Marble Clinic. The technicians were very professional and took pride in their work. They were careful to protect all areas and were able to get out all the stains I was concerned about. My bathroom floor and counters look amazing. Amanda provided wonderful service. It was a pleasure working with someone who is so knowledgeable, detailed and actually follows up! I have only had good experiences with The Marble Clinic and highly recommend them.

Great experience. They took my 30 year old marble bathroom and made it new again. I removed the old shower door and thought the mark would not come out but they are totally gone. Everyone in the company were so helpful and kind particularly Amanda. Would recommend them in a heart beat. The workers made a point of protecting my hardwood floor as they brought in their equipment - nothing was damaged
