Chose my tile. Henry answered all of my questions. He quickly calculated what I needed from my designer’s measurements. Very patient with me. I had never been in the store before or ordered tile. Henry had my product on the loading ramp faster than I backed the car up! All while assisting 3 other customer. Henry gets 10/10.

This store is a must go to for tiles.... the absolute amazing array of options is a magnificent shopping experience if you, like me, are looking for ideas & tile options! The staff are extremely customer focused, knowledgeable and helpful. Amanda is truly amazing - she very patiently spent time with me willingly sharing her expertise and providing guidance. She went over and above my expectations, and I dare say, anyone's expectations.... I purchased a number of samples and will definitely be going back to buy tiles as soon as I receive strata approval!

We bought ledgestone for an interior wall however as our contractor was delayed so it was a month and half from purchase date to installation. When installing we found an entire box broken. We tried to use the broken pieces but weren't successful. I brought them back to the store and they told me that they couldn't take them back after a week or two and as a result I ended up buying $100 worth of tile replacement. Then we ended up having some extra (they didn't sell us the whole box) so we went back to see if we could exchange it for backsplash tile or store credit and they refused. Because of having to pay for broken tiles and not being able to return excess even when the tiles were bought per role not by box- we ended up paying much more than other tile stores in the area. I would not recommend this place at all.

Bought some tiles from here but later found much cheaper options in nearby stores so definitely shop around! The good thing is that the staff are friendly and helpful, as they should be, but changing or higher prices (then discounting them) is not my favorite type of business - so just shop around. They do have a large selection so that is another plus by the way. Really depends on what is important to you as a consumer.

We wanted to update our bathroom and keep costs low. We shopped around and didn't find another store that had prices like Tile & Stone Factory Outlet. We found quality tiles at a great price! The team that works there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products which was extremely helpful for us!

We needed to find tiles for our entry way. After shopping around we found the staff at the Tile and Stone Factory Outlet to be very knowledgeable and patient with us. We selected a few samples to take home and see how they would match up with our colors. When we returned we found the process of putting our order in and receiving our tiles to be seamless.

I needed to do some renovations and was dreading it. I heard about Tile and Stone Factory through a friend so decided to check them out. I'm glad I did, they had the largest selection I've tiles I've ever seen and their prices were very reasonable. They had cheaper glass tiles than I'd seen anywhere else, so was able to stretch my budget out a lot farther than imagined. They had a clearance section with various tiles at great prices as well, a place I'd definitely buy from again!

We were in need of a lot of honed and tumbled travertine for our 3 showers. Tile and Stone came through with all we needed and at an exceptionally low price. The pieces were consistently better than what I've seen elsewhere and they were truly accommodating when we needed to swap a number of pieces of lower quality.
