I was most worried about the antique grandfather clock, as it has been in the family for years; but the men did an absolutely fabulous job of wrapping and protecting the clock. It arrived in beautiful condition. Not to mention everything else was in perfect condition. I will ALWAYS use Two Men and a Truck. Thank you again for everything."

If it weren't for the flexibility, professionalism and kindness of the moving and office team - my move day would have included tears! When we arrived at the destination location - the service elevator was out-of-service. And with my new home being on the 32nd floor - we had to wait for a Plan B. Unfortunately, that meant a MAJOR delay - however, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK were able to accommodate and go with the flow - which meant a lot to have their support and time! EXCELLENT TEAM, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to anyone who asks. Totally unhappy with provided service in Ottawa. Sales techniques were great, quote was overprices as we assumed for premium service. However crew arrived late, arguing between them for low pay, did careless work. Attached picture says for itself. Recommend to avoid this company by all means. Thank you.

The movers were to go to one address and pick up several pieces of furniture. Then go to a second address to drop off some of that furniture and pick up the bulk of the furniture, boxes and other items. Finally go to the new house and move everything in, while being careful not to damage the brand new hardwood flooring or newly painted walls. The move went off without a hitch. The movers arrived exactly on time and did everything in an efficient and careful manner, so that the move was completed a little earlier than we expected. They were very personable and took good care of the floor and walls, which were our main concerns. Thanks very much for your services.

I was moving for the first time to a condo and the men who did the moving for me were really professional, funny and very sweet. They were quick and under the hour. I was really surprised on how they arrived a few minutes before the time requested. I also had to do the change of moving a few times, but they were kind in changing when I needed to. I seriously recommend Two Men and Truck if you're doing a move. I'd use them again if I'm moving again in the future.

Movers showed up late for one, no uniforms were wearing hoodies and flip flops. They were very carele5of our belongs. Damaged our new wood floors. Got angry with the condo security telling them they can't leave boxes in the hallways. Sacked boxes well over their heads and left behind bed parts ect. Over all not a smoothly move!

Had my furniture moved out and into storage for month, had estimate as suggested via phone, to find out that was grossly underestimated and charge additional 2 hrs@$180. They were slow to complete (especially as charging) Move in they could not find 2 bed frames, box spring and mattress and sofa, had to wait 2 days, and the items were ruined with black marks and not wrapped. Had to keep calling for updates (girls in office were great) management slow to respond. Still completely not satisfied and they really do not seem to care, they have been paid. Very bad customer service

I used Two Men and a Truck 3 weeks ago for a move into a brand new home and the movers damaged the floor and ceiling. I have called the company 3 different times as well as emailed and have now called head office to no resolve. I am left with a damaged home that I will have to cover the costs of fixing. I can't even get a call or email back from anyone. I would not recommend AT ALL.
