York Contracting did a complete reno of our 2400 sq. ft. downtown condo. It involved complex time lines and condo rules, demanding neighbours, special care with carpeted hallways and elevators. We gutted the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, did extensive electrical rearranging, and they renovated the whole interior to our design. They brought to us competent subtrades. They worked extremely well with our interior designer. They were dependable, meticulous, detail oriented, punctual, pleasant, friendly, and accessible day or night.They were very sensitive to our time lines. They delivered to our complete satisfaction. We will not hesitate for a moment to use them on our next major project.

We undertook a tear-down and rebuild of an exiting addition on the rear of our early 1900's home. This also included a total kitchen renovation. We were very impressed with York. We had weekly meetings with Luciano and daily progress updates with the on-site manager. Timelines were clearly laid out in advance. Any deviation from or additions to the plans were put in writing, costed and signed off by both parties. Trades were on time and completed the work to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff at York and we intend to use them again in the future.

Absoultely terrific company and personel. Fantastic relationships with their sub-contractors who were outstanding. We completely renovated a 1930's centre hall home. Very detailed with excel spreadsheet sent weekly showing progress of job. Finished on time and never complained doing small touch ups after the job was finished. Highly recommend them for any project.
