I had my blinds cleaned while I was getting new windows installed. The blinds were taken down cleaned and reinstalled very quickly. They look brand new. Thank you very Avery for your outstanding service.

I left my dog at the father's house for a few days while I was travelling and she had multiple accidents (#2 and runny!) in two rooms with carpeting. UGH - I tried to clean them but the damage was really bad. The bedroom cream carpeting was destroyed. I honestly thought I'd have to rip the carpet out in there, and replace it. I spoke to Avery at Yorkville and he came the next morning to try and fix the issue. He spot treated the multiple areas. I don't have a before picture but the after is incredible. He came back two days later to spot treat the cream carpet. A miracle. Thank you for your prompt emergency care!
Avery's quote was more expensive than another company that I called but I decided to go with him because he told me that if my carpet will show stains after his cleaning and it doesn't require his big machine to clean them, he'll come back and clean them free of charge. After his crew left and the carpet dried, I noticed a few places where the stains came back up. I tried calling him several times and left some messages. Although his voice mail says to leave a message and he'll get back to you within 90 minutes, I did not hear back from him. When I finally did get through after a few days, he told me he'd get back to me in the next few days and set up a time to come back. It's been over a month now and I have yet to hear back from him. Although aside from the spots that are still stained, the rest of the carpet was done well, I dont feel I was dealt with honestly or in a trust worthy manner:(
I am truly sorry that we dropped the ball in our follow up service. At the outset , we clearly stated and pointed out to the client that some stains would not come out as the carpet was 3 years old, never been cleaned , was installed before Covid and had numerous people living in the house at various times. The homeowner admittedly stated that she had no idea as to what some of the stains were caused by. All that being said, we have been in contact with the homeowner, and we are scheduled to go back in and attempt to remedy the outstanding issues
We use Yorkville Carpet cleaning over the years. Avery is wonderful to deal with and his staff is amazing! They are punctual, respectful and doing such a good work! Kurt and Joe cleaned our carpet this week. I like how they remove outside shoes and use inside wear shoes.
I have brand new zebra blinds that got dirty from a bug. I tried cleaning it with water and mild soap. It left a water stain on my new blinds. I called Yorkville carpet care and they were able to come to my house without taking the blinds down and they got the stain right out for me. I was so happy. They also came very quickly which was very nice. They were super professional and they also use all organic cleaners which made me very happy. I will definitely use them anytime I need blind or carpet cleaning. This is definitely a trustworthy company and Im just so happy I found them.

Avery and his crew are really good with blinds, especially Hunter Douglas. They know the ins and outs of keeping decade-old blinds in great condition. My only caveat is that because they are usually so in demand, you need to make that second email or phone call to get things moving.

The morning after spilling a full glass of red wine on our wool sisal carpet, Avery and his crew arrived within 2 hours of my call and dealt with the wine as well as water stains from where we spilled the Christmas tree water on the same carpet a week ago and residual grease stains on another carpet in our basement. While their first efforts got things 95% clean, they did return again the next morning to do a final touch up. We're extremely impressed. Fast, effective and true to their word!
I highly recommend Yorkville carpet care. They cleaned my carpets, stairs, furniture efficiently and left everything very clean. This weekend I got a red wine spill on my newly cleaned white carpet. I called Yorkville and they responded immediately. They arrived within minutes and completely cleaned the stain! What amazing customer service! I will definitely use them again!
