This is my first time working with Sarmazian and it wont be my last! I have been treated royally from my first meeting with Manny, working with Tony through installation of carpeting. Manny and Tony are easy to work with, assisted us in the selection and purchase of our new carpet, and also assisted in finding the perfect match to hardwood flooring. The carpet installation crew arrived on time, and they were clean, professional, hardworking, and so very kind. I am delighted with the outcome and I highly recommend the Sarmazian team. I am looking forward to the installation of my hardwood next week!

Hired company to install high quality flooring. Flooring is beautiful, installers were professional and courteous. Flooring is very durable and scratch proof. I have received compliments on flooring as the laminate looks very much like hardwood.

Our basement floor was replaced with Vinyl Plank Flooring. We love it!! It is water proof, very easy to keep clean! Looks like real wood flooring!! Great job -we are very pleased!

I purchased and had them install laminate flooring for the entire main floor of my home minus one room. They did an excellent job and no real complaints. However, a year later I wanted to finish the last room with the same laminate and it was discontinued, but in stock at their Guelph location. I drove all the way there from Cambridge, got home, an discovered one box was a different colour. Luckily they had one box left in the colour I needed but I still had to make the trip there and back. In terms of the installation, I was very satisfied. As for the mistake with the colour, they gave me a discount and some free under pad. Though pricey, I would recommend.

I'm pricing out tile for my boss who is considering renovating his office in the near future. Therese found exactly what is I was looking for @ the best price. Because of her excellent service the renovation will happen sooner then later.

All staff at Sarmazian are very pleasant and have a ton of knowledge in flooring. Installation was professional, quick and clean. I have installed tile, hardwood and carpet throughout and I recommend Sarmazian Flooring to any one.

Sarmazion Brothers were very helpful and patient, informative, fair, courteous. They were on time and had reasonable pricing; had multiple ropoms installed including carpet and vinyl. Cleaned up mess and garbage after.

i had first contracted another company to do the carpet, but they turned out to be very flaky as well as unable to keep a quoted price. Sarmazian Bros Ltd came the day i called them, the carpet came 2 weeks later and for 2/3 of the cost of the other guy. as well their sub contractor installers were very professional and curtious. I was Very Satisfied with them H

After seriously comparison shopping we hired this company for the purchase and installation of hardwood flooring in our living room, dining room and hallway. A representative, who we thought was very pleasant and knowledgeable, came in and measured. We felt their installer was excellent. We believe he did a professional job, very quickly, with attention to detail and quality of installtion. We are very pleased.

A very difficult installation was handled professionally and effectively. One of the partners in the company visited to fine tune edges and stretching.
