    Absolutely Horrible Service

    This company is contracted by Whirlpool to repair appliances that break during warranty. We have been dealing with them since March when our Kitchen Aid dishwasher stopped functioning after 7 months. It's now September, and the dishwasher despite several visits from their technician is still not working. We were away in August, so I will not include that in my timeline. This company are absolutely horrible communicators, unprofessional, and frankly lacking in compassion. It's been so bad and stressful, we've decided to cut our losses and just walk away. We'll buy another dishwasher rather than continue to deal with this company and Whirlpool.

    Cooling fan replaced

    I found they were very unprofessional the office staff was rude and not helpful. The technician was very unprofessional as well as he used my wash room did not wash his hands and would take the old part to recycle. I waited 3 weeks for parts and they were very rude to speak to on the phone very very very unprofessional. I will never use them again .

    Mbarouk was amazing!

    I had a break in my fridge waterline and was supposed to get a new door replacement but Mbarouk was able to solve the issue and I couldnt be happier. It was a long 5 years but he managed to come up with a solution that no one else could. Thank you!

    Okay service

    Acceptable service. Needs to be more respectful of customer schedules and show up when promised. Had multiple cancellations and reschedulings, which was frustrating, but they finally got the work done. So, fair service.

    Washing machine service

    Theoron came out to service our washing nachine. He was there in great time and did a good job. Nice friendly guy who did his job very well. We would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Theoron!

    GE Dryer

    We had an issue with our Dryer. We called the technician who booked the date to come. Came and in about 5-10 minutes he left after looking at our dryer without opening our dryer to check. and then asked us to order parts which turned out to be not the parts needed. Booked again for anothert schedule to fix it while we are waiting for the parts then came the parts and tried to fixed it after a day, again the dryer isn't working again. Booked another schedule which has kept me takin a day off from work just to wait for the technician. Now came 3 of them ibcluding the Manager and finally was able to fied it again, after the Manager disassembled the dryer to replace the broken part. That was May of this year. Last Thursday, the Dryer just stopped working again. I booked for a technician and of course, I have to pay first a$157.66 before they can send a technician who came today to fixed it. He informed us that it was the belt which they were the only ones who touched it when they tried to fix it the last time which has loosened. He said that after 3 months from the day they fixed it and breaks down again, then we have to pay for the labour again coz' I asked if it's not the same part and they don't have to replace another part, why do I have to pay? And it was just last May of this year and not even 3 months past ( though it started 2nd week of April but due to wrong parts being ordered by the technician it went far until May coz' the technician said it's the belt that I already paid but actually not but another part which again I have to pay ) Considering that it wasn't the issue, but they have to touch it when they fixed the previous issue, that means they did not tighten it properly when they put it back so I shouldn't be paying for labour this time. I called the office and was telling the Receptionist about this she told me, she needs to wait for the Technician to send a report first. I told her if she can just make a note about it and she said, she doesn't understand what I am saying, and this is because she is not listening but keeps telling me " the technician hasn't made a report yet" and didn't mind to listen to what I am saying. When I told her because she isn't listening, she said because I spoke too fast, and so I spoke slowly and told her to at least make a note about it and give it to their manager. She said," No, I cannot give it to my Manager, I can only write it down on your file. I m hoping that the Manager reads everybody's file after each service done by their technician. This is so frustrating and disappointing! I will try to look for another Appliance Services and will try not to deal with Platinum in the future.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Service was prompt and professional. Would use this company again in a heartbeat. They came when they said they would and got it right the first time. Bravo, not easy to find.

    Maytag washing machine

    Bill was honest and professional. Price was really reasonable and the service was great. No hidden expenses. Thank you. The washing machine works better now than when I first bought it.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Austin, our repair technician perfirmed all of his services in an exceptional manner. Courteous Professional Knowledgable And ON TIME are some of Austin's attributes and my wife and I will certainly recommend Platinum to all of our friends and family.

    Went local and was not disappointed

    I live in Mission and wanted to stick with someone fairly local. Got in touch with Platinum Appliance and was not disappointed. From calling the office to staff that clearly enjoy what they do to Norm the tech that showed up exactly when he said he would and was respectful and professional, this for me was a good choice. I found labor and parts pricing extremely reasonable. I will be recommending them to family and friends and have also forwarded their information to my realtor who was looking for someone to refer to clients.
